We bought at SPC because it is a unique complex that we fell in love with. Our condo is our little piece of paradise.

We enjoy all the amenities at SPC. The beach, pools, watching the ducks, fish and boats from our terrace as well as the awesome sunsets. One of our favorite things is taking walks on the beach.

This condo is very tastefully decorated and above all else CLEAN and smelled wonderful! This was our third trip to Destin and this is the cleanest condo we have been to! My 4 year old really enjoyed watching the boats and feeding the ducks from right off the balcony. Our work will be made easy for us on our next trip. We have no need to search for another place. Lisa was great to work with, quick to respond, and even called to check on us. Thanks for allowing us to stay there for a week!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Lisa, your condo was the perfect place for us. You have it decorated perfectly which enhanced its charm. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The complex had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You thought of everything a person might need. We'll keep be back.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a week. I could not get over the fact at how clean the condo was and decorated very nicely. The beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella were absolute necessities. Sandpiper Cove has a great restaurant inside the resort and it's only a short walk from this condo. The owners were great to do business with and we definitely plan on vacationing here again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

Dear Lisa, We had a wonderful 3 day weekend. The weather was perfect. My husband caught a 12 lb. red snapper and we LOVED your condo!!!! I think it was the nicest one we've ever stayed in!
