Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. Lucas Oil Stadium is 8 minutes, Conseco Field House is 5 minutes. All the restaurants, bars, shopping, theater, museums, etc. is all walking distance from this condo.
Decorated with all high end furniture offering you a very cozy place to unwind and relax after your day. Full kitchen for your cooking pleasure complete with all GE stainless steel appliances including a GE Cafe` electric stove with convection oven.
If you don't want to cook there are over 20 restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walking distance including Adobo Grill (which provides room service to the building 7 days per week for lunch & dinner), Scotty's, Capital Grill, Morton's Fogo De Chao, Mo's Steakhouse, Oceanaire, St. Elmo's, Harry & Izzies, Palomino's, Pita Pit, several local bars and fast food such as Steak N Shake, Arby's and Subway.
This unit offers TV's in both bedrooms, a 65" in the living room and a theater room for 2 in the Master bedroom!
The living room has a leather L shaped couch that seats 4 plus an awsome barrel seat for 1-2. The 65" TV also houses Apples TV and a stereo. The bar has seating for 2. The kitchen bar is counter top high and offers a casual place to eat and hang out for 4.
There is a very private balcony with a table, 4 chairs and a Duchane BBQ. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Each bath has tile showers and ample towels for your use during your stay.
There is also a stack full size washer/dryer should you need to do laundry during your stay.
