I fell in love with this home when I woke up one morning and opened my eyes to see a bald eagle sitting on the railing just outside the master bedroom full length window. I had become accustomed to hearing coyotes at night and seeing havalina foraging, but being only 6 feet from a bald eagle was truely wonderful. This home is extremely quiet being located on a cul-de-sac along with the swimming pool and exercise facility.
Step out your back door onto the 9th fairway of the award winning Monument Course, consistently rated #1 in Arizona.
This 2000 square foot, three bedroom two and a half bath desert home is handsomely decorated with traditional southwestern furnishings and original oil paintings. The second floor features a truly unique open office space overlooking the great room with sweeping views of the golf course; a great space for your laptop. Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the house.
The first floor master suite has a king-size bed with golf course views. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and opens out onto a large deck with views of Pinnacle Peak. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have their own TV with cable and VCR. The home also has a washer and dryer, two car garage, and a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar.
On the same cul-de-sac is the community exercise room, pool, spa, and a poolside area for casual entertaining with two gas grills.
Take an easy five minute walk to the 37,000 Square Foot clubhouse offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and two 18-hole golf courses, the Monument Course and the Pinnacle Course.

I can't say enough about the property manager Kathy. We rented this property far in advance and had to make a change to our reservation because we purchased a property and Kathy dealt with the change in our reservation with such integrity. Troon golf course is amazing - like non other. Location is fabulous!!

We just completed a 1 month Itravex vacation here and wanted to thank Kathy publicly for the use of her lovely home! It is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings, supplies, location, pool, spa, & exercise facility were all first rate! On the Green At Troon North is located so close to the Troon North Golf Course that I'd just walk to it from the house. My wife and I have wintered in a variety of homes in Scottsdale over the last four years. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Troon on the Green. The home is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The area is quiet and access to the pool and execise rooms was great. My wife is an avid 'animal photographer' and we were rewarded with several visits from the bobcat in the area!
Owner response:Thanks for reminding me that we need to add a great photo we were sent by a tenant whose kitty was flirting with the neighborhood bobcat. How fun is that?
