This house was perfect! We were a party of 14 with young children and everyone enjoyed the house. It had all the accomadations. From bikes to hammock, food and games for children and adults. Sleeping conditions were excellent. It is situated in a quiet area removed from any noise very peaceful. The air conditioning was good and there are plenty of extras. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider returning to it in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The property was more than we expected. We had relatives coming from New England for the weekend so it was perfect to house them and a few of us who live in the PA /North Jersey area whom did not want to drive home. We had a lovely weekend playing board games, chess, badminton, Darts, Karaoke, talking and BBQing. There was even a little blow up pool for the toddler. Being only a quick couple of days we weren't much interested in trips to Tannersville or Camel Back although they were conveniently close. We all slept comfortably. The 2 air conditioners did a great job of keeping the house cool. We had everything we needed basically. The frig was clean and empty except for a few staples, so it was easy to pack in our food for the weekend. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels and such. Never a hot water shortage. We had a fire in the fire pit, toasted marshmallows, and made s'mores. We had plenty of room between outside deck and yard; the large open living room and basement rec room. The kitchen did get crowded but then again that is were everyone usually congregates. The only problem was it was not a long enough weekend. Looking forward to going back. :) Side note: All of us needed caffeine to wake in the morning. We needed a 12 cup coffee pot of some sort, perc, drip anything other than the little 2cup french pot. It made great coffee but we were ready to kill each other for a cup. Very happy with our choice!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house was fantastic for a group of students on a ski trip to the Poconos. The house was well equipped and perfect for all sorts of activities and fun experiences. Would definitely recommend to any group for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My friends and I stayed here for a snowboarding weekend trip. The place was big enough to fit a large group comfortably. Listings photos and descriptions accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The owner was also very helpful and prompt with his replies.
