Welcome to paradise! This spacious, well-appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath home overlooks a lake on the 9th hole of the Beachview Golf Club located just 1.5 miles from the Sanibel Causeway. Relax on the large screened porch with ceiling fan just steps away to the heated pool, hot tub and fenced in yard. The golf club, tennis courts, Bistro restaurant and private Gulf beach access are all just a short walk away.
This beautifully decorated home has vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, wireless internet, four flat screen TVs with cable, two DVD players, theater surround sound system in living room, fully equipped kitchen, linens, two car garage, gas barbecue grill, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart.
The modern open kitchen has ceramic tile, granite counter tops with four bar stools, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, cooktop, kitchen desk and a separate eating area with access to the screened porch.
The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that opens to the screened porch and provides a comfortable gathering area with a gas fireplace, bar and full entertainment center with 60' flat screen wireless TV, blu-ray DVD player, theater surround sound system inside and additional speakers outside as well as a ceiling fan. The separate dining room provides an elegant seating and serving area for 8 guests.
The carpeted master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, 37' flat screen cable TV, blu-ray DVD player, iHome entertainment center, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the screened porch. The beautifully appointed tiled master bath has a whirlpool soaking tub, dual shower heads in the oversized walk-in shower as well as separate vanity sinks.
The two additional carpeted guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed, full bathroom (one with a tub, one with a walk-in shower), 32' flat-screen TV, iHome entertainment center and ceiling fan. There is also a queen size air bed and sofa sleeping available.
The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and utility sink.
The two-car garage contains bicycles, beach equipment and additional access to the pool area with steps to the upstairs living area of the home.
There are no pets allowed and smoking is NOT permitted in the home.
The owner will provide a propane credit of $500 to heat the pool, hot tub and gas fireplace. If tenant exceeds that amount, tenant will be responsible to pay for the excess propane usage.
Sanibel Island is known as the 'shelling capital of the world' and is a premiere vacation destination in southwest Florida. This barrier island has some of the world's most esteemed white sand beaches, miles of bike paths, boating, fishing, kayaking, golf, tennis and swimming. There are many fine restaurants with a great diversity of cuisine and some offer nightly live entertainment. The island also has a wonderful collection of clothing boutiques and gift shops. The J.N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge provides a sanctuary for many species of wild animals, birds and native vegetation and offers guided tours daily. The taxes in Florida are 11%, there will be a $175 cleaning fee, and a $1,000 Security Deposit. We have a 60 day cancellation policy and require a 50% deposit to be paid immediately once the reservation has been made. Once the 50% deposit has been paid, if you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded minus $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of your arrival your 50% deposit is non refundable. Balance of your stay must be paid within 30 days of your arrival.

Our stay was delightful in a beautiful home that had every possible convenience. There were bicycles and chairs and parasols for the beach even a cool box. We were so near the beach and the shops were just a cycle away.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

The Listing and Pictures of this Property all very accurate. My husband and I stayed in this beautifully maintained house on Sanibel Island for two months. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes.The large screened in porch is great for family meals, watching golfers and the wildlife. The pool and hot tub also provided a place for fun and relaxation. The house is a short walk to Sanibel's beautiful beaches and biking on the island is the best. The location of this house makes it easy to get on and off of the island. From the house one can walk to Beachfront Bistro restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner or enjoy a daily late afternoon happy hour. If you like to cook this house has a well equipped kitchen. Guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and each has a flat screen TV. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite end of the master suite. The living area has lots of comfortable seating. The owner responded quickly to any questions and was very eager to help make our stay enjoyable. It is an ideal house for family vacations!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
