This beautiful, professionally decorated home is perfectly located in the spectacular Desert Ridge community just 5-15 minutes from upscale shopping and trendy restaurants, world class spa's, golf courses, art galleries and Mayo Clinic. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. The area is surrounded by golf courses, including the Scottsdale TPC, home of the PGA Waste Management Phoenix Open. Less than a mile to Desert Ridge Marketplace featuring over 30 restaurants and 75 stores in a distinctive outdoor setting. If you are looking to take in a ball game during spring training, it's just a short drive to the Salt River fields at Talking Stick. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite slab counter tops, stainless steel appliances including built in microwave and dishwasher, gas cooktop and refrigerator. A large granite bar makes entertaining easy. Kitchen nook seats 4 comfortably.
The large master bedroom with its new high end pillow top king size bed is furnished with luxury linens and a choice of feather or fill pillows. The master comes with its own 32-inch LED HD Television, DVD. The master bath has double sinks with slab travertine counter tops, fully stone tiled walk in shower with two shower heads, and an abundance of soft towels. A spacious walk-in closet comes fully equipped with hangers, ironing board and iron. Hair dryers included in master bathroom.
The second bedroom comes with a new pillow top Queen bed, also with luxury linens. The third bedroom is furnished with a pillow top Queen bed with luxury linens. All bedrooms are air conditioned, include a TV, alarm clocks and have overhead ceiling fans for extra comfort. The nearby second bathroom has a travertine tiled shower, with granite topped vanity and plenty of extra bath towels.
The private backyard has a covered patio with outdoor dining table for six as well as a four piece lounge area with extra large outdoor chairs and a coffee table. Practice your short game on the 4 hole putting green. The backyard’s desert landscaping captures the visual senses and creates a special ambiance for a quiet relaxing escape.
The home comes with Free High Speed Wireless Internet. The laundry room has both an oversized washer and dryer. The home also comes with an attached private 3 car garage with remote control opener and touchpad entry.

We had a wonderful family vacation while we stayed in this home. The house was immaculate and the arrangement of the bedrooms offered everyone privacy. The putting greens and outside patio was used quite frequently. We would love to stay in this home again when we are back in Phoenix. Our entire family was sad to leave. Denise was wonderful to work with and answered questions very promptly. Thank you again Denise for a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had the best vacation while we stayed here. The house is immaculate. The master shower is to die for. The beds are so comfortable that you do not want to get up in the morning. So much room for our family of 6. We had nightly putting contests and enjoyed those Arizona sunsets. We can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I had 6 family members in for the week of Barrett-Jackson and needed a nice, comfortable place for all of them to stay. This property fit the bill and then some. Excellent location if you're looking for something in the N. Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Desert Ridge is close by and easy access to freeways. The house itself has all the amenities required, is very comfortable, and maintained beautifully. The owner, Denise, made the rental process quite easy. All in all, a very poitive experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anybody needing to stay in this area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
