What a fantastic place. Has everything that you need. Apartment is light and roomy we were there in November and the heating soon warmed it up. Beds are really comfortable as are the sofas. The balcony had views of the city and would be a great place to chill out. The location was brilliant although to access the subway into the city you have to cross a bridge which requires a climb of 61 steps and then a 5 minute walk over the bridge so would not be suitable if you can't manage stairs. The steps are a good way to work off the breakfast pancakes and cheesecakes though! The other direction is the main town of Greenpoint which has plenty of Deli's and a supermarket as well as restaurants and bars.There is also a subway that serves the brooklyn area. The staff were really helpful even though there were renovations going on and the reception area was in a bit of upheaval, but they are adding a gym and business centre for use by guests.
