Newly Built in 2011 as a vacation home and fishing retreat, it is a perfect getaway for 1-3 couples, or a family of four to seven. Custom Built Townhouse is a very cozy yet elegant home located near the ocean, (less than five minutes away) and yet is still close to the heart of old town Bandon (Also less than five minutes away). Situated only a few blocks from Bandon park with a playground for children, complete with merry-go round and slides, you will really find this home to be centrally located.
Enjoy the brand new open kitchen and living area. Make use of the well stocked kitchen, using the large red pot to cook your freshly caught crab in. The living area is heated by a modern yet old fashioned looking gas stove. (It's nice to back up to it for warmth on some of the more brisk days on the beach!) Of course there is a nice large TV for your enjoyment too. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King bed, television and a nice seating area for a couple to enjoy their morning coffee. In the second bedroom, find a queen bed with a custom electric fireplace and 42" HDT, or enjoy the view from the lower deck. You might even see a few deer wander through to enjoy the grass. A bookcase is provided with plenty of reading material for those who like to curl up with a good book. Pull an afghan around you and cozy up in a comfortable chair and relax. The living room is built with large windows and french doors leading onto the deck outside for a wonderful panoramic view of the the sunrise and sunset.
With the ocean and river nearby, watch the birds, otters, ospreys, and salmon or travel down the Oldtown Bandon and go crabbing off of the dock. Hunt for sea glass and shells on the beach, or just enjoy the fresh invigorating air on your face. The Bandon petting zoo is less than 10 miles down the road - a treat for children of all ages.
THE FISH ARE HERE! Chinook salmon are in the Coquille, Elk and Sixes rivers nearby. Not to mention the Winter Steelhead opportunities. Fish from August to January for Salmon, and the steelhead fishing starts mid December and runs through March.
During the months of June through late September, fill your basket with fresh blackberries or spend time in oldtown Bandon at one of the many festivals. In October, fishing is in full swing.

Mid-sized custom townhouse designed and built as a vacation rental for groups or couples wanting to vacation together. Great for entertaining, playing cards, watching a movie or ballgame, or just relaxing by the gas fired stove after a day enjoying scenic Bandon. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with dining room attached to the living room makes for a great place for family gatherings to enjoy a nice meal or holiday dinner. Two outdoor decks makes it very enjoyable to view the country setting, listen to the ocean or enjoy the sunshine and the cool ocean breeze. Everyone will enjoy the short trip to the beach or oldtown Bandon (5min). This is one of the nicest beaches on the Oregon Coast with sandy beaches to walk ,with large rock outcroppings to climb and tidepools to explore

Why the Owner Chose Bandon
My wife loves the beach, the ocean, good food and art, and I love to fish the ocean bays and meet new people. We have both been coming to Bandon for over 25 years. The Coquille River is one of my favorite rivers to fish. We love to explore the antique shops or just walk along the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We are either a short drive or walk to many of the unique amenities of Bandon. We are near all the activities yet far enought away to have some seculsion. Boating, fishing, crabbing or just walking the beach are just a few of the thing that can be enjoyed. Or just sit out on the deck and watch the storms roll in with both a beautiful Sunset or Sunrise.
Just a stone throws distance from the Townhouse is a public golf course, with reasonalbe prices.
