This is a beautiful home with a 3rd story balcony view that overlooks the pool & gazebo; as well as Deer Park Lake. There is a small, yet gorgeous gulf view from the balcony as well!! Upon exiting the condo, you are just about 200 (easy) steps to the most exquisite beach you'll find in the area!
This is our home away from home & we'd love to make it yours too! We purchased this condo in Sept '11 & got to work immediately. The entire unit has been freshly painted with bright, yet relaxing beach colors. Much of the art work you find in the unit was purchased from local artist in and around 30A!! We had a new staircase built with a special 1/2 wall for the sole purpose of holding a 50 in flat screen for you to enjoy; 98 cable channels are available as well as a dvd player.
This is a non-smoking, family friendly unit (we love our 4 legged kids too, but they'll need to make other vacation plans when you stay here). We have supplied the unit with colors, books and puzzles to help keep the kids occupied while you fix them something to eat in the fully furnished kitchen (or are getting ready to enjoy one of the local restraunts nearby).

We just recently stayed here. This was our second time staying. The condo is simply amazing and gorgeous! We had everything we would ever need! Very clean!! No flaws at all! Full kitchen, full big bathroom, a couch which converts into a bed and a trundle underneath, and a full size bed up stairs!! Our stay was simply wonderful. Just yards from putting your feet in the sand along the quietest, most beautiful, and friendliest beach. Also a very inviting in ground pool should you feel the need to relax by the pool. This condo is an excellent place to stay whether you are a couple or a family I recommend you and your family stay here. The owners are always adding things and doing whatever it takes to make your stay memorable. I know my family sure enjoyed our stay and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have. We enjoyed our return visit to the area. First time staying in this condo, but it was enjoyable. Not as quite as it could have been due to outside construction, but that will pass soon I am sure. We had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and large enough for the three of us. We were able to prepare our meals at the condo, and only dined out once at the BackPorch. We spent the majority of the time at the beach or by the pool, only going out once and that was to Pier Park.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at Sand Dollar dreams recently and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had excellent weather and the condo was just what we needed for our getaway. It was equipped with everything we needed- well stocked kitchen,nice comfy beds and salt air. There are a few restaurants close by- Old Florida Fish House was excellent. Just a bike ride or drive away, you have all the amenities that Seaside has to offer but you don't have to pay the Seaside prices. The condo is super cute and the owners have decorated with lots of fun beach accessories. We can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

I stayed at this condo with my girlfriend in March of 2012. We were trying to avoid the spring break crowds, but still have some bars and restaurants to go to. This location fit the bill. Santa Rosa beach is absolutely beautiful, with sugar white sands and really interesting beachfront homes. The little downtown is nice and has just enough restaurants and bars to keep a guest occupied. As for the condo, the color scheme looks a little too playful for me, but the location really is just one block off the beach. It's a long walk to the downtown area so be prepared to bike or drive. The color scheme is my only complaint about the condo, other than that, its fantastic. The loft bedroom is really and the condo is very sunny during the day. We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

I stayed here with friends for spring break and it was perfect for us. There is a queen bed in the sleeping loft and a daybed that converts into 2 twin beds. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could cook in the unit and with the grills outdoors by the pool we could grill and enjoy the weather. The view of the lake and beach was breathtaking. I would absolutely love to stay here again. I have been to beaches all over the US and some of the islands, but this is my favorite.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
