Visit our vintage 1950's studio condo nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains with an unobstructed mountain view. We are located one block off Palm Canyon Drive, and it is always quiet & peaceful. Yet the popular Ace Hotel is only 2 blocks away. We are a little under a mile to downtown Palm Springs & a must see is the new 26 ft statue of Marilyn Monroe that will only be here until June 2013.
The unit was recently renovated by renowed, creative, British designer and TV host, Stephen Collins, in a retro-style motif and features a private back patio. We also added two comfy chairs inspired by the mid-century modern style and personally approved by Stephen who comes back and visits us often.
Our pool is especially inviting (20x40 ) set at a confortable 85 degrees year round, heated by solar panels. It is private and surrounded by beautiful palm trees with the mountain view and incredible sunrises and sunsets.
We also have an accommodating on-site manager who will provide you all the answers you need to make your Palm Springs vacation memorable.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are very proud of the fact that we have gone green this year. Our water and pool are heated by solar panels and we hope to continue to make improvements. There are only 13 units, so it is small and quiet in a nice residential neighborhoold. We love the ''sunlight', we are from Washington State, we need sunlight after our grey winters. We enjoy the golf, tennis, hiking, biking and easy access to shopping & entertainment. We also like being close to downtown Palm Springs. We found some incredible new restaurants this year, but the old classics like LaVallauris & the Colony Palms can't be missed. We have have a list at the condo or e-mail us for our favorite restaurants, golf courses and shopping.
