A dream of a vacation house. On over 10,000 sq ft. you will find your vacation house with over 2300 sq. ft of living room. This consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 large exclusive kitchen, 1 dining room and 1 living room. In addition you have a garden with tropical plants and palms, a covered terrace with view to Tampa Bay, a private swimming pool with whirlpool, sunbathing chairs, air conditioning, telephone and fax, Internet/W-Lan, 2 large televisions with premium cable and SAT TV (over 600 channels), 2 DVD Player, 1 stereo system for house and garden, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, toaster, microwave oven, dishes, etc… Naturally you have a garage for your car. Our house is directly on the ocean with a private dock. You'll see breathtaking sunsets. Almost daily between 6 and 9 in the morning you'll be visited by dolphins at the dock. You will find a complete and comfortable house and much more… Our bungalow is not in the tourist area. Instead you will meet friendly neighbors in a calm American residential area. Our house offers over 2300 sq ft. of living space, whether you are a couple, a family of four or come to live with 8 friends.

Year Purchased: 1993
About the owner: We, Andrea and Torsten Hartmann, have been married for over 25 years and jointly run a musical production and a retail and wholesale music business. We have two children, Daniela (23) and Katrin (22). After we arrived in 1991 for our first vacation to Florida and experienced the beauty and uniqueness of the state, we decided to make St. Petersburg our second home. After some friends and acquaintances settled there, we decided to purchase a second home in St. Petersburg. Since then we spend every free minute in Florida. Lots of tips: You will find our information brochures helpful. Exact instructions from the Tampa airport to the bungalow are provided, as are good places to eat, places of nightlife in St. Petersburg and many other tips for an extraordinary vacation in Florida. A thick book of tips containing information not found in any travel guide is yours upon booking to guarantee you an excellent vacation.
