GM#204 is on a beautiful homesite, secluded and oriented towards the meadow, with views every direction. This home is a spacious 2,085 sq. feet and expansive windows take full advantage of nature in all its glory.
The entry opens to the great room which includes the living area with large, woodburning fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. No one will feel left out while preparing food as you can visit with everyone from the open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has lots of counter space for food prep and serving. There are floor to ceiling windows everywhere you look, which brings the outdoors in and makes the living area light and airy.
The king master suite is on the first floor, also with a wall of windows. The space provides a desk area for catching up with family and friends on your laptop. Wireless internet and cable television are provided. The master bath has an enormous jetted tub for relaxing after a long day of recreating.
Upstairs are two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom There is a large loft area with a game table and hidebed for extra sleeping space. The kids will love this loft for watching movies and as a play area.
The large deck is the perfect space for sunbathing, reading or just daydreaming surrounded by the wonderful ambiance of Black Butte Ranch. BBQ with the family on the gas grill provided. There is ample outdoor furniture provided and a large outdoor dining table. The views of Lupine Lake, Glaze Meadow and Black Butte are stunning and there are often coyotes, geese and deer in the meadow plus horses grazing away the day.
As if that's not enough, it's only a short walk or bike ride to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center for swimming, tennis, to relax in the spa, visit the snack bar or take a hot tub in the evening. You will love this home. Many couples find this home a secluded and desirable retreat for a weekend. Summer season, the rate is $325 per night with a 7 night minimum. A 10% discount applies during the shoulder season. Off-season, the rate is $235 per night. Christmas and New Year's are regular rates. Call for specific rates and dates. An 8% tax applies to all stays as well as a refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent. An $91 cleaning fee applies on all stays less than 5 nights. This is a dog friendly home but please call for restrictions. Our dog fee is $20/per night.
