Beautiful location in Snowshoe, WV. Overlook Unit #16 is close to many recreaton choices that will appeal to all members of your family or friends. Skiing and snowboarding are only two such activities. Snowshoe is a year round experience.
This is a very well-kept clean one bedroom unit with a queen size bed and a queen pull out sofa bed. The unit comfortably sleeps 4.The unit has been owner maintained with quality updates and has a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
TV, Wi-Fi, and local telephone service are there for your use.
The living room has a 32" flat screen TV and a TV in the bedroom. There is also an IPod docking unit in the living room to enjoy your own music while on your getaway.
There is a shared hot tub for the complex to relax in after an active day. Parking is in front of the unit, so you don't need to take a long hike to your car
The condo is in a fairly quiet area at the base of Snowshoe mountain and is close to the slopes. It is located between the two entrances to Snowshoe. The surroundings are wooded and beautiful any time of the year. The availability of groceries, movie rentals and restaurants are in close proximity to the condo.
This is a non-smoking unit. Week long stays that request a mid-week cleaning will be charged a $60 cleaning fee.

There are several festivals that are held at Snowshoe throughout the year to bring you back time and time again. The Cass Railroad is always a favorite for the kids of all ages and is thoroughly enjoyed time and again. This is a beautiful spot in the mountains of West Virginia that exemplifies the beauty of West Virginia.
