  It was one of the best stays in Florida we have ever had. The house was georgus with every thing new and spotless. With the pool and heat spot what more could you ask for with the view of the sun going down over the water. What a view. Places to eat every where with a short drive. The birds of every size and color with the fish jumping all over. One of the prettiest spots I have seen. Will surely go back again and would recomend it to anyone.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Patio, pool and hot tub were all totally screened in and extremely clean. Pool just sparkled and we enjoyed hours of relaxation in the sun. Took boat ride to Stump Beach Park and walked along the beach looking for and finding sharks teeth! Great fun! Also took boat ride up the inter-coastal waterway to Venice - lovely scenery along the way and had lunch at the Crow's Nest. Would highly recommend this property.

  Wonderful sunsets, Beautiful vacation spot on the Intercoastal Waterway... Quiet enough for reading then again intercoastal waterway at your doorstep for fun fun fun. Just a short drive to almost anywhere in Florida... The house is immaculate. Everything brand new.. Just absolutely wonderful vacation spot...

  Visited the beaches- Gasparilla Island & Boca Grande were our favorites - don't have to go to the keys to see the bright blue water..We had a great time at Englewood Beach and Stump Pass Park - We loved the sunsets while sitting near the pool and enjoyed our walks around the area. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. We golfed one day and spent a day shopping up in Venice. Everything in the home was brand new. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We are looking to book for 2 weeks next winter.

  I absolutely loved the new furniture and decor. The pool felt nice, and the weather was a wonderful temp of near 78 the whole week, with only one day at 72.....The view was beautiful we saw all sorts of dolphins and Osprey right from the lanai of the home.We rented a boat from Gasparilla Marina and ventured to Pine Island and North to Venice and spent 1 day fishing in the Gulf. Caught some fish and the restaurant at the marina cooked it for us, delicious.Our flight was canceled and we immediately contacted the owner who graciously allowed us to purchase an additional nights stay. All over had a wonderful time and we will be coming back again.

  We all loved the new furniture, new kitchen, decor pool and wonderful views. We stayed with 2 other couples. The weather was great. It was warm near 78 the whole week until the weather dipped day before we left... then it dropped to 72. View was amazing.. saw dolphins and Osprey right from the lanai. We rented a boat from Gasparilla Marina and ventured to Pine Island and North to Venice and spent 1 day fishing in the Gulf. Caught some nice Grouper and the restaurant at the marina cooked it for us.   This home is awesome! The view is incredible! You can see the dolphins everyday. The screened in lanai has a kitchenette & and pool. The home is clean, recently painted and has new furnishings throughout. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to enjoy a meal at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping & dining areas are close by as well. Would stay here again.
