Beautiful private setting on a pristine lake with great fishing (bass, pike, sunny etc.), swimming, and boating (no motorized boats-just electric motors), great hiking too. A perfect location for all activities or no activities depending on your state of mind!
28 miles from Lake George (outlets, fun kid stuff), 28 miles from Saratoga (racetrack, ballet and fine dining), 28 miles from Manchester, Vermont (outlets, hiking, Equinox Spa), 45 minutes to Williamstown, Massachusetts (Theatre Festival, hiking, fine dining), three miles from the center of Salem, cozy New England town with a great summer stock theatre!
The house is perfect for artists or writers or families. Enjoy dinner on the large back deck overlooking the lake. Your view on the other side of the lake is just trees, no houses, adding to the feeling of privacy and peace.
The house has a sreened in porch with a lake view. There is a rowboat, two canoes, a paddle boat and a floating dock.
Blueberry, blackberry and currant bushes are also on the property for your eating pleasure.
We are looking to rent it for most of the season (June-September)
