  We had a great stay in Lawrence a few weeks ago and this house played a large part in that!

  My group really enjoyed the house, and the arrival and departure process was extremely easy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

  HAD A PERFECT WEEKEND IN LAWRENCE. THE HOUSE WAS SUPER AS WAS THE OWNER. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF GIVEN THE CHANCE. THE PROPERTY WAS SPOTLESS AND WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF EVERYTHING .

  We were 3 KU Alum couples stay here for a football weekend and had a great time. The place with big and clean and the owner was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to staying in a hotel. The price was just right!

  My girlfriends and I took our annual get away trip to Lawrence and found this wonderful home on VRBO. It is a beautiful, older home that has been renovated to perfection. Very clean and spacious, updated kitchen with every amenity. Slept 6 people comfortably: one bed and two couches upstairs, one bed on the main floor, and one bed on the lower level. There are sitting/entertaining areas on each of the 3 floors as well. The two bathrooms were extremely nice with soft white towels for guest use. The wrap around porch was lovely, parking was ample, and it was within walking distance to Lawrence's downtown shopping eating. The owner was easy to contact, very professional and lovely to talk with - all of our needs were met. We would stay again in a second!

  We stayed in this home for a 10 yr college reunion. We had 5 ppl, and didn't even need to use the basement bed - there was PLENTY of room on the main floor and upstairs. The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was totally updated, beautiful woodwork, great kitchen...etc. We couldn't have been happier. The pictures on the website were great, but actually the home was even more beautiful in person. The landlord was also SUPER-easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this home to ANYONE, and we would definitely stay there again!

  The home and owners were lovely. The house looks exactly as pictured in the photos - very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners obviously take pride in the details and were very helpful in answering any and all questions. It's on a sweet block with friendly neighbors and only a couple of blocks from downtown Lawrence. We definitely recommend it.

  House was all it said it was... and more. Very comfortable and easy access to downtown, and going to our games in Topeka. 5 minute walk to downtown for eats, drinks, and shopping. Walked every morning around the KU campus, great campus to walk around. Played golf nearby at Alavar Country Club...great course at a great value for $55 with cart. So 100% yes from our family!! Owners where also very accomodating to our arrival and departure times!! They even sent us a copy of CD that was in cd player that we loved. How about that for service!! Thanks again for doing that.

CANCELLATION: Deposit 100% refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days prior arrival. CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS: - CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 PM , CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (unless approved by the landlord) - Maximum of 6 guests - Turn off all the lights and appliances - Dispose all the trash: kitchen and bathroom trash in the city trash cans provided in the back yard of the house. - Dispose food from refrigerator or take it with you. - Do the dishes and leave the kitchen utensils in the same place you found them. - Return all items to the original position where you found them (lamps, remote controls, pillows, etc) - Excessive disorder and/or the need of excessive clean up will incur in extra charges from your security deposit. - Make sure you lock all the windows and door before exiting.
