I was pleased to have stayed in this very peaceful home in Reno for almost 2 weeks during the Snaffle Bit Futurity horse show in September. I am a web designer, and I worked there while attending the show at the Livestock Center. This home was just a couple of quick off-ramps from the downtown area. I travel with my dogs, so it was essential the vacation home was pet-friendly. Phil was understanding and easy to work with. We all settled in easily at the home and loved the back yard that's perfectly landscaped for pets. I could not have been more pleased with the home--especially for my purpose in staying there. There were so many plus's to this home and location: the proximity to downtown Reno (8 min drive), safe, quiet neighborhood, a large grassy park nearby, sunny, fenced back yard, fruit trees, laundry, office with high-speed internet, and a clean, well-maintained home with all the amenities. My favorite aspect of the home was its incredible energy. An unexpected bonus to our stay at this wonderful home was the local care-taker, Jennifer, who was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. Thank you!!!
