Welcome to Dolphin Smiles at Carillon Beach. This custom, architectural beachside cottage home has been in the same family since it's birth in 1997. Imagine.......waking up to white sandy beaches coupled with the daunting task of deciding what gourmet restaurant to dine in later that perfect day.
The master suite dominates nearly one half of the second floor. The private bath has dueling, coral blue vessel sinks and a large walk in rain head shower. The remaining second floor sleeping area offers a queen sized bedroom and adjacent third bedroom with duel twin bunks. All of the homes linens are clean crisp and white. Sunsets can't be missed atop your own private three story tower.

My family had an excellent stay at Dolphin Smiles. The home is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay, and the location is perfect for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the beach, the Carillon pool, the short drive south to Pier Park and north to Santa Rosa Beach. Plus, the owner was pleasant to work with. We would definitely return to Dolphin Smiles!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was perfect, extremely clean, and a very well designed space. The beaches are gorgeous. Carillon is a terrific neighborhood - private, quiet and low key but very close to Rosemary Beach if you are looking for more shops/restaurants and such. Owner was very helpful in booking and on-site management was readily available if needed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had a blast at Carillon Beach. The house was as expected and very clean. My two girls lover the crow's nest as you can see virtually the entire development and the ocean. Very pleasant stay and weather was spectactular all week. Will definately be returning to Dolphin Smiles soon! The ClarksRecommended for: Families with young children.

Our vacation to Carillon Beach was absolutely amazing! The Dolphin Smiles house has everything you could need to ensure your vacation to be stress free & relaxing. The architecture to the home is gorgeous & the views from the crows nest are spectacular. It is just feet away from one of the several pools in Carillon. Carillon Beach itself, in my opinion, one of the best beaches in the country, & it's only steps away. The entire town of Carillon is a little paradise of interesting architecturally done homes, gorgeous views, & incredible charm. We will be back for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why Carillon Beach:
Relative proximity to Atlanta and other major airports. I've traveled quite extensively and I've yet to discover more pristine beaches. Quiet beach area but never lacking in fun activities.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I personally love the outdoor shower and outside fireplace. Today's lifestyle is a subtle blur between indoor and outdoor living.
