This spacious sunny private home with great views is located one block from the gondola in the heart of historic Telluride.
Tastefully decorated and with many amenities including a gourmet kitchen large living and dining area. It is an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.
The house is a three level home. The master bedroom on the third floor has a king-size bed. The room is spacious sunny and has mountain views to the east and south. There is a bathroom with a steam shower, heated floor tiles and a whirl pool bath tub. The bath is shared with a smaller bedroom with a queen size bed. The queen bedroom is also a library and has mountain views to the east.
The middle level has the kitchen, dining, great room, fireplace two outdoor decks, entertainment center with a 44 inch TV, powder room and laundry.
The rooms have high ceiling. are spacious with mountain views to the north, south and east.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms two bathrooms a solarium and outdoor hot tub. the third bedroom is a queen suite with an attached bathroom. In the fourth bedroom there is a queen size bed and a single bed. Another bathroom is located off the mudroom near the third bedroom, solarium and outdoor hot tub. The solarium is a fifth sleeping area. It contains a daybed with trundle.
On the outside deck is a large hot tub.
