I just got back from spending a week at Lionel's property in Ocean Park. It was everything that I expected and even more, in fact. The location is ideal...the studio is very clean and well furnished. It is located only 3 short blocks from the Ocean...great swimming indeed. I highly recommend this location. Merci Lionel pour ton acceuil chaleureux. Je te considere maintenant un ami!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I have stayed in this property for 10 days with my wife. We had great time, and overall I can conclude that it was pleasant experience for us. I have checked many properties before I have rented this one. Lionel (is the owner) had the best price. The property located in the Ocean Park which is a safe and decent neighborhood of San Juan. 5 min. walk to the beach and many local restaurants and Walgreen's store around the corner. The property that we stayed in is a studio with small kitchen and bathroom. There is a hot water, large refrigerator, plus it has AC. You can eat outside; there is a table and 2 bar stools. It is actually nice to eat there. Lionel was very helpful and attentive. He gave us a lot of suggestions and good advices what places to visit and where to go in Puerto Rico. All transactions went safe and secure. Definitely would rent it again if coming back to PR. Thanks for everything Lionel!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
