The first floor of the home features the living room and dining area with seating for 6, plus 4 additional bars stools. The front porch is screened in for your convenience. This floor also features the modern kitchen, complete with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top stove and oven, along with all the cooking items you need to prepare a feast for your family. Down a short hallway, you will find the washer/dryer nestled in the half bathroom and a king bedroom with a full bathroom.
The second floor of the home features a room the kids will surely love. A bunk bed room, with a private bathroom, is the also the site of a beautifully hand-painted beach mural. On the same floor there is also a king bedroom which has access to the balcony. This room has a private bathroom as well.
