It is only a short walk to the beach, the pools in the complex, tennis or to Coligny Plaza. You will be able to park right in front of the unit. Upon entering the door, the open floor plan is so inviting with stone floors, new beach decor 11/11 throughout the entire unit, breakfast bar, open dining area & well equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, TV and private bath. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, a Master Bedroom with a king bed, TV and private bath. There are also other tennis courts and a health club located close by, and passes can be purchased weekly with the facilities; guest pay for these directly to the clubs.
