  The Townhouse was a little less then I hoped for, we left 2 days early but didn't check out until 1 day early due to the use of the washer and dryer, lots of stairs, the Kitchen chairs need to be clean, the furniture needs to be cleaned, 2 of the TV controllers need the backs put on, the batteries are exposed, we only used 2 rooms and all the rooms where clean, the dryer lent filter was packed with lent, the shower head in the upstairs Master was very dirty. I believe this home is perfect for families with kids, it was just me and my man and we wanted a better beautiful view, and the view from the back was bad. The owner was great, his name is Joe and he was very nice and helpful. The resort pool area is very nice but you can not bring your own drinks on the property due to the arm band check in area and you must have your arm band on and check in everyday to get into the pool and Regal Palms charges 12.00 a day that you must pay and can't bring your own drinks. The average 2 alcohol drinks costs around $12 to $18. The guy that checks you in and gives you towels, armband and makes sure you aren't bringing anything in is different. If I planned on bringing kids, this would be a perfect place but if you have no kids and want to have a few Cocktails on the cheap on vacation then this place is not for you.

We do take pride in our second home to insure that my family, our friends, and our guests will have an enjoyable time away in nice and clean place. When we bought I interviewed many property managers in the area and our independant group of property managers have delivered and executed just what they said they would do. They do a great job to make sure the place is spotless and everything is in working order. We have only heard positives about our place and I appreciate you letting me know your thoughts. Our property manager is going to inspect the furniture and clean if needed. They have replaced the master bathroom shower head which only had minor calcium build up on the spray holes. They have also reinstalled the backs for the two remotes. As far as "a lot of stairs" there are only stairs going to the second floor of our townhome. There are no stairs going into the townhome and it has a main floor master suite for those guests who cannot or do not want to use stairs. The backyard view is fairly private with a privacy fence behind us. We chose this townhome because most other units within this development have townhomes directly behind them and we wanted privacy. The issuance of wrist bands and check in at the pool is to insure that only owners and guests staying within Regal Palms get access to the pool and club. We hope that our guests will only have the most enjoyable time at our home so that they will return in the future and tell their friends about it. Thanks again!

  Our family of four enjoyed this home away from home. The pool area here is wonderful when you are not at the parks. The condo, is clean, quiet and relaxing, everything a vacation should be. Would highly recommend it to any family or friends headed to the Orlando area.

  This vacation home is a must if you are planning a visit to the Orlando area. It's located just minutes from the Disney Parks, and it's close to several awesome restaurants and shopping areas. The property is beautiful - there is an on-site pool area, complete with palm-trees, a pool area (with a waterslide and lazy river) and a wonderful restaurant and spa. The home and property are immacuately kept, and well-maintained. Don't miss your opportunity to stay here!

  We stayed at this townhouse for a week in August as we were in town for a family event at Disney. The location to and from the Disney Parks is a very easy drive. The townhouse was very clean and the beds super comfortable!! We would love to stay again!!! Just a short walk to pool area- very quiet street. Thanks Joe for a wonderful place to call home for the week!!

  Our family visited FL in June with another family. There were 4 adults and 5 children (ages 5, 7, 8, 10 & 13) and we were very please with the set-up of this condo and the amenities. On-site pools, game-room, restaurant and play-ground. There was also a grocery store within 2 blocks along with other restaurants too. The central location along with very nice roads made travel between the hot-spots and airport very easy. We have recommended the Regal Palms to others and plan on staying there again in the future!

  Me and eight of my girlfriends stayed in this condo for our annual girl’s trip to Orlando and had a great time! We loved the access to the airport and to Disney World. We also loved the resort at the community. They had great food and a waitress who comes to your chair and delivers drinks! Who could ask for more? The equipped kitchen and laundry room was also very convenient. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely bring back to my family and perhaps another family to stay when we bring the kids to Disney World… to stay at that resort is so expensive! Thank you for a great time!

  My husband and I were looking for a place in Florida to relax and get out of the north for a vacation. Regal Palms and the condo were great. The condo was exceptional. The moment we arrived we were very impressed. We felt "at home" immediately. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The pool area is great with pools, a lazy river, waterside, and tiki bar. There is also a great restaurant overlooking the pool. I would highly recommend this location for your vacation or a visit to Disney. There is so much to do in the area as well. GREAT condo. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

  My family rented this town home in Orlando recently and we can’t say enough about our trip! The townhome is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The town home was so conveniently located – shopping and restaurants all around and only 10 min from Disney – which was the best. Only about 30 minutes from the airport. The resort pool was amazing…not very crowded, beautiful, and amazing for the kids. There were multiple pools including one with a zero depth entry, which was great for the young ones. There were large water slides the kids loved. There was also a separate full size pool for the adults which was great. We had lunch at the resort restaurant and the food was great. Overall – we had a great experience and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Orlando area. We will definitely be staying at this townhome again.
