  This is our sixth stay at your wonderful villa. Your improvements since our last visit have made a wonderful villa even better. We liked the updated master bathroom and the improvements to the games room. This is the perfect place to relax by the pool after a busy day at the parks. The solar heating of the pool was another improvement that we enjoyed as it kept the pool at a good temperature even in January. Once again many thanks for letting us use you lovely home.

  We have stayed in a couple of Florida villa and this one is the best. All the other reviews are quite right - this is a haven to return to after a busy day at the parks. Being set above the estate access road the pool is private and you are not overlooked, plus the road is very quiet and being surrounded by mature trees and gardens gives a serene feeling to the place. There is more space and storage than you could ever need and it took us a few days to get used to how far apart the bedrooms were and what all the light switches did! The pool is great, deep enough to swim in properly but nice to walk down the Roman steps into just to cool down. The villa management company are on hand should anything go wrong ( a power failure caused a low battery warning on the carbon monoxide detector, and Nobby from the company was round in less than 5 minutes chattily fixing it). The kids loved the pool and fussball tables in the games room. Being located half a mile from US27 is no problem, it makes it quiet yet accessible and within 5 minutes you can be at the shops or restaurants or at Disney in less than 30 and Busch not much more than an hour. We recommend Orlando Balloon Rides for a dawn flight over the area. If the wind is right you can fly right over the villa! On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented - there were towels folded into elephants in the bathrooms. This maybe had to be seen to be appreciated... Booking was easy and Chris the owner is very responsive via email. All in all, a great place to stay.

  This villa was a great find. It is exactly as described, if not better. Sunshine Management and the owner of this beautiful home were great to work with. Always available if we needed anything. Large rooms, completely updated, TV's in every room and the pool was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone, why stay in a hotel?

  Thank you for renting your lovely house to us. We all have had a fab holiday! Lots of memories to cherish and share . Hopefully we’ll bring back some of the wonderful weather to the UK. We loved this place it was really worth it!

  We loved our rental house! It truly felt like a "home away from home". Everything was just as pictured except it looked even better in real life! We drove straight through from MN (25 hours) so we were exhausted when we got in at 6am (8am with the new daylight savings and Eastern time zone) and we felt welcome from the minute we stepped in the door. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. There was a nice little note and a bottle of wine too! We loved having the 4 bedrooms - our son (17) took the back bedroom with the bathroom that led to the pool, our daughter (13) took the "Disney" room and our son's girlfriend (16) took the other room - so the girls shared a bathroom. Our bed was so comfortable and we slept really well during our stay - we all did! We didn't use the pool much the first few days since we hit the theme parks right away, but we noticed an issue with the pump - it was super loud when we arrived, then it just stopped working. We called up Nobby (super nice and love the accent!) and he came out and took care of it. By the time we wanted to use the pool, everything was fixed and ready to go. We spent the last two days just hanging out by the pool and would say that was probably the highlight of the vacation. We ate out by the pool several times and everything was perfect. We liked that the house was close to everything - within about 15 miles. It also appeared to be in one of the nicer neighborhoods in the area. The neighbors next door were nice and even offered to let us have some grapefruit off their tree! We LOVED the fact that we could wash & dry our clothes - we took advantage of that and were able to come back with hardly any laundry to do! The only issues we had were with the dishwasher and the ice maker. The dishwasher appeared "locked" and we tried everything to get it open & working, but it didn't. Nobby came and looked at it and reset it, but it still didn't work right after that, so we just decided to hand-wash our dishes. The ice maker was leaking water so all the ice cubes got stuck together in a big bunch. The work-around with that was when we heard them drop, we just put them into a plastic bowl in the freezer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone - it was great! If you are looking for a nice/unique restaurant, we'd recommend "Giordano's" - Italian Pizzeria. It was probably the best place we ate during our vacation! And it's close to the gift shops.
