  We stayed here for the weekend. Our daughter and her cheerleading squad were down for the US FINALS. The condo is in a perfect location you can walk everywhere. Two blocks to the beach one block to shopping and food . Grocery store right across the street . As I was saying the perfect location. And plenty of room to sleep . Great place for family and kids we just loved it . Would recommend this rental.CritchFamily

  We had a great time in Virginia Beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Location was excellent, just a minute or two from the beach. We were five ladies, and we did feel like the quality of the bed and bath linens were not as nice as we would have liked. The main bathroom was very large yet there was only one pedestal sink and nowhere to store makeup and bath products. It would be nice to have some sort to storage in there - there is plenty of room. There were not enough towel racks for all of us showering and getting ready. Mattresses were quite nice especially in the master bathroom. Other than the linens and storage issues, everything was very satisfactory.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Great place! Had all the amenities required to make any stay enjoyable. Close to shopping and entertainment. Will stay again!

  we spent 3 months at the condo and it was everything we hoped for. Danny was helpful with any questions we had. We were greatful to find a place for 3 months that accepted a dog! The beach and area dog parks were great for our dog. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and play! There's two really nice playgrounds on the beach for the children, horseback riding on the beach, rent bikes, so much! overall it as a great experience and we hope one day to come back on vacation and stay again. Thanks again for everything Danny! :)

  An absolutely super vacation!! The condo was clean, and certainly over-stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils. Dish detergent, paper towels, sponges, dish towels and more. We all had great sleep, the beds are sooooo comfortable. Nice balcony, we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Loved having a washer and dryer available, didn't care if it was in the master bedroom closet. It's quiet and high quality. Super flat screen TV in the living room, great reception and even a collection of movies to watch. Grocery store across the street and a short walk to the beach. Can't wait to return in the spring, we've already sent in our reservations for April. Thanks Danny!!

  Great, clean, well stocked condo that is close to everything. We didn't have a car and didn't need one as everything was within walking distance to include a grocery store. Danny was very helpful in pointing out great local attractions and resturants. Our entire family of four loved it and we would definately stay there again.

  My family recently spent four days down at Virignia Beach where we had a great time. The condo we rented was really nice and comfortable and was in a great location only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk and very close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The swimming pool, while not large was certainly adequate for our needs and was never crowded. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working, but the owner did give us the heads up about that. The apartment itself has a nice and convenient layout with plenty of space for my family of four. My children enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the fact that the washer dryer is located in the master bedroom and the dryer is very slow so we often had it going while we were in the room. Otherwise, the kitchenette was well stocked with cutlery and crockery and the living room/dining room was well situated and included a large flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. The owner was wonderful to deal with and provided information to us well in advance of our trip and addressed our questions in a timely manner. He made sure that we had the address, parking information and building, apartment entrance information prior to our arrival as well as contact information in the event we needed to reach him or his wife. We recommend this condo and would certainly look to stay here again if we revisit Virginia Beach.

  Owner response: Great review. Thank You. We have a new stackable Bosh Washer and Dryer in the Master Closet. The Dryer is a Non-vented German System and requires that the lent holder and Cheese Cloth that allowes moistureto drain ,and Air to move be cleaned regularly or system will not preform as intented .. I went down and checked ,and the system was clogged. I will inform housekeepers again of this requirement. Thank you for concerned Guest.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Virginia Beach. The condo was everything that they promised. Quiet, clean, linen included, and good location to beach and stores. If we go back, I would choose the same place again.

  Nice condo in a great location, easy walk to the beach and grocery store. Quiet street and secure building with locks on outer doors as well as condo unit entrance, Electronic deadbolt that made entry a breeze and no keys to carry. Working with owner was a delight, answered any questions we had and even thou previous renters forgot to leave parking pass, Danny had it all worked out for us when we arrived (Towing is serious here). We had a great time and recommend this unit. We had 6 people and plenty of room.

  The weather was nice, the condo was nice. The only thing not working was the hot tub near the pool, but I did see a pool maintenance man there the afternoon we departed, so maybe he was working on it. Plenty of parking, but be sure your guest has a parking pass -- Jack's towing comes through at least twice nightly and will tow any vehicle without a pass. Harris Teeter grocery store across the street and Va. Beach just a block away. Perfect for family.

  Owner response: We are so happy this family had a great time in VA Beach. The new Management company for the codo has informed me the hot tub is broken and there are no plans to fix in near future. This is a big dissapointment to me and other condo owners. Hopefully this will be addressed at the next condo association meeting.
