  I have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach several times a year for the past 30 years. My children and i just returned from a week here with another family with small children. It was by far my favorite place I have stayed in my 30 years of vacationing there! The home is elegant yet relaxing. I felt at complete peace with my 5 and 4 year old there. There is PLENTY of space for everyone! The kitchen is very large and updated.The beach is so close to the house. I think our favorite part was the heated outdoor shower so we could scrub the kids down before taking them inside. The views are amazing. We even spotted some dolphins. The best part is the owners are a delight to work with! I will recommend this home to everyone now!

  Our week here was wonderfully relaxing. We made so many memories with our son, his wife and three beautiful grandchildren! The home is comfortable and inviting. Everything you need is here! We saw incredible sunrises and sunsets from the top deck. The beach is just steps away...the water clear...the waves, fun! There is much wildlife here....ever changing Beachscape and shells galore! It was a week to remember and the 400+ pictures we took will help. Check out the nearby zoo called The Little Zoo That Could, if you have little ones... Thank you for sharing your beach home with us...

  We stayed at Tuscan Villa for a week during our trip to Gulf Shores. The home was located right on the beach with exceptional views from all levels. It was extremely comfortable, furnished well and we felt right at home after arriving!!! I highly recommend this home for your vacation stay!!!

  Our family just returned from an incredible week at Tuscan Villa. It’s hard to describe the beauty, luxury, and incredible location this home provides for its guests. We had 11 people staying in the home (9 adults & 2 children) and everyone had their own space. From the moment we arrived, everyone commented on the beautiful furnishings, the enormous and well stocked kitchen and the unforgettable views. The second floor of the home boasts an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows – an absolutely breathtaking view of the beach and the magnificent waves. The master bed and bath were enormous. The kitchen, dining room and living room on the second floor were large and provided enough space for all of us to be together in any room. It was a nice treat to all be able to cook together in the kitchen and then sit at the dinner table together for meals each day. The deck off the second floor was spacious enough for all 11 of us to sit comfortably outside and every night all 11 of us convened to reflect on the day and enjoy the sound of crashing waves and the breeze off the ocean. The first floor has three very well appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, as well as the laundry room and another spacious living area. The first floor living area was cozy, yet large enough for several of us to sit comfortably together and again – provided an unforgettable beach/ocean view. The location of this home was absolutely PERFECT. Step off your back deck onto the white sand beach. Walk a few steps to the ocean. The beach was gorgeous and had hundreds of seashells. We never experienced a day when the beach was busy or crowded. We were lucky to see several dolphins nearly every day we were there. There were no high rise condos/hotels in the area, so the beach was very private and very serene every day. We had little children with us so it was nice that the house was just steps away for those unpredictable food/drink/potty runs! The house is close enough to the busier shopping/eating areas that we often went to “town” several times a day, but I can’t tell you how nice it was to go “home” to the private serenity of Tuscan Villa. Pay close attention to the binder of information the owners compiled for the guests - great recommendations! Megan was exceptionally easy to work with. She was always very prompt in responding to emails throughout the entire process. She really made our first “VRBO” experience a phenomenal one! You won't regret choosing Tuscan Villa!!

  We stayed at this house during our first visit to Gulf Shores last summer. It's a beautiful home...the outside of the home looks much better in person than in the photos. There was a problem with one of the air conditioners when we arrived and it was promptly fixed. We did use the elevator when unpacking as the kitchen is on the top floor. Would highly recommend this home for an awesome vacation!

  Tuscan Villa was everything written, pictured and more! It was clean, comfortable and absolutely a gorgeous home. Every room is spacious. We particularly enjoyed the large dining table. The private beach access is wonderful. The homeowners were excellent to work with; very prompt to answer all my questions. We look forward to our next visit.....

  This house was perfect for our family and guests. It had everything we needed plus tons of space to spread out. The view was fantastic and the deck was great to layout on without getting all sandy. Lovely home.
