We are renting our 3rd floor 2 bedroom penthouse condo with a private rooftop terrace, located in Bahia Encantata on the north end of Jaco Beach. This has everything you need in a luxurious setting, including all kitchenware, linens, washer/dryer and our own listing of favorite restaurants and activities. Your friends will want to join you to relax on the private rooftop terrace as you watch the gorgeous sunset. The master bedroom opens to balcony with a large dining table which can also be accessed form the living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully furnished. You won't find another place like this right on the beach but still private. All pictures are from our actual condo, not from another unit like you might see elsewhere. It's a gorgeous condo in a beautiful setting, waiting to be enjoyed by others as much as we enjoy it.

Because of roof repairs, we were unable to stay at this particular unit. We were, however, updated to a larger one (3/2.5) within the building. Jaco is beautiful and so is this condo. Great location. Views to die for. Plenty to do every day. Great security and parking. Restaurant/bar right at the beach next door. I can't say enough good things. The owners of the unit provided us with great, prompt service and we can't wait to come back. This is a vacation we will never forget!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: we're from Michigan but wanted to escape part of the winter to a warm location. We think we found the perfect location on Jaco Beach. We're there every January and offer it for rent the rest of the year.
Why the Owner Chose Jaco:
We have a number of friends with condos in the same complex. It's become an annual getaway and we love it that the weather is consistent and warm. It's in a wonderful location with an easy walk to the center of town and an easy drive to many activities
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to have friends join us for sunset on the terrace. The views are amazing and we really believe it's one of 3 or 4 of the best units in the entire complex. And Bahia is one of the best complexes on Jaco Beach.
