Walk towards the home and onto a massive redwood deck that wraps around the property with breath taking views of the ocean. Entering the great room with fireplace, 40” flat screen, and comfy couch. A half bath for your guests is off the living room. There is a dining room with 6 chairs.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fabulous dinner and has lots of storage. Sliders open to a beautiful patio with a real orange tree growing in the center. At night the backyard is lit up with twinkling lights for a romantic evening. There is a patio table and chairs, BBQ.
If you have a large group we have 8 bistro tables and 30 chairs that fit comfortably around the deck and 2 patios. We also have a large serving station to keep hot food, a small outdoor refrigerator and wine cooler.
The home includes a large bedroom with queen bed looking out to the ocean views and double closets. Full bathroom with over sized claw bathtub. Den with fireplace, flat screen, and sofa couch and a library of books and a spectacular view of the ocean. The master suite is an extremely large over-sized room with King bed, and spectacular views with large windows overlooking the ocean. The master suite has a large home office area. The master bath has a spa shower , and double sinks and a large walk-in closet. There is a 2 car garage, and washer and dryer.
The home is very beautiful in the evening as the subtle outdoor lighting still allows you to sit out and watch the stars, moon and night sky.
Property is over an acre of land. This is a perfect spot for getting away from it all There are plenty of space on this property that is exclusively yours. There are fruit trees, plenty of hiking and trails nearby and the beaches of Malibu.
The home is situated 4 miles from Santa Monica and the 10 freeway which makes it ultra convenient if you have to work in Los Angeles County but want to get away from it all. All the homes in this area are on over an acre of land which allows you complete privacy.
