The adjacent Park City Golf Course provides cross-country skiing trails in the winter and 18-holes of challenging play in the warmer months. Cole Sport, A-Fresh Market, Starbucks and the Squatters Brew Pub are a snowball's throw away on Park Avenue. Feel free to bring a car and park in our underground lot but you don't need one at this great location, on the free bus line, walking distance to everything in Old Town, Park City
This newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is equipped with WIFI, on site laundry, underground parking, outdoor heated therapy pool and hot tubs. You can comfortably sleep 6 with our comfy pullout couch with upgraded temperpedic foam mattress in the living room. The king in the master and queen in the guest master both feature brand new Serta Sleeper mattresses and bedding to rest your aching thighs after a day of shredding powder. My family and I stayed at this condo in Feburary for a ski trip. The unit was very clean, it looked to have all new furniture, and was in a great location. We were very close to the ski lift, grocery store, and main street. Park City was great, the snow was good and is not to far from the Salt Lake City airport. Jeff did a wonderful job in taking care of all our needs. I definately would like to come back to Park City and would love to stay in this unit next year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We stayed here for 5 nights in February and had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean with fresh paint and new carpet and all the linens and sheets were brand new. there were brand new flat screens and the kitchen had everything we needed. we especially liked the gas fireplace. the bottom floor unit was quiet with beautiful views of Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the lift. All the furniture was new and the pullout couch was very comfy and came in handy for our niece who stayed a couple nights with us. We loved that the market was right across the street as well as Starbucks and a host of other restaurants. Jeff, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with providing information about Park City and helped us get a great deal on rentals at Utah Ski and Golf which was right around the corner. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Jeff!
