About the owner: I am a Commercial Real Estate Developer in Alpharetta Georgia and the current owner of the commercial property within the Gulf Place Resort and the new Six Palms building. I also have a second home just up the road in Water Color and spend about 1- 2 weeks a month in Santa Rosa Beach. We have 3 children two in college and one still in High school, my wife is an interior decorator and decorated all the Six Palms Units.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf Place Six Palms:
We used to have property in Destin but a friend convinced us 9 years ago to get out of all the traffic in Destin and check out Scenic 30-A . That was all it took and we have never looked back. From the beautiful dune lakes, to the sugar white beaches and quaint restaurants that run along the 28 mile strand of 30-A , we feel that their is no other place like this any where in the world. The best part is it only takes 5.5 hours to get here door to door from our home in Atlanta. If anyone can attest to the quality and construction of Six Palms, I can because I am the owner and builder of the project so I hope you enjoy your stay and I look forward to any comments you may have on our property
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Biking or jogging on the 28 mile trail that starts just out in front of the resort and goes all the way to Rose Mary Beach. Playing golf at the Santa Rosa Golf club, fishing in the Gulf, and eating at some of the best restaurants along the coast. But what I enjoy most is sitting out on the beach, it has a very relaxing effect on me. If you really want to get in your car, you are only a 6 minute drive to Sea Side to the East and 10 minutes to Destin, to the West.
