$600 per night...$3,600 per week...$6,000 per month 2 night minimum required. 30% discount from November 1st through March 31st. Holidays excluded. Christmas and Semana Santa (Easter week) requires a full week rental for $4,200. All other holidays require a 3 night minimum.

About the owner: I have lived in the mountains most of my life. Building log cabins as a general contractor for over 25 years. I think if you spend enough time buried in snow there is nothing else quite as appealing as living on the beach somewhere warm. Now, when I get tired of driving my snowplow, I just go away to my paradise away from home. There is nowhere else I would rather be than in the back yard of this house watching the sun drop into the ocean with a Corona in my hand. I love this house. I love San Carlos. And I know you will too. Oh ya...and the fishing is spectacular!
