This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home located on Via Del Ray above the golf course, approximately 7 minutes from the ski area. This home will accommodate a maximum of 9 people. This is a two story home.The house has saltillo tile in the mud room, kitchen and hallway with light Berber carpet throughout the house. The living area features large picture windows and patio doors leading to a front deck with great views. The room has two sofas, satellite TV and a gas burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. The dining table seats 6. There is additional seating for 3 on stools at the kitchen counter. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor near these bedrooms. Upstairs is a loft furnished with a double-size futon, a loveseat, game table and writing desk. Beyond the loft is the master bedroom with a 32" LED HD TV and queen-size bed. There is a full master bathroom with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home. There is also a single child-size cot stored in a closet. Guests have access to the gas grill in the summer season.

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Katherine at Kokopelli was great to work with, very knowledgable about the choices in properties, and very responsive! HO 257 was a great home for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room and very well kept. Only negative was the electric fireplace would only operate for an hour at most. But overall...great time! Thanks.Did you find this review helpful? Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, the only complaint that I have is that the driveway had approximately 2" of solid ice on the first 25' which made it very difficult to get in and out.
