The house has a full modern kitchen with expansive views and is open to the outdoors. Master suite is on the top level has it’s own private terrace and bathroom. Other two bedrooms have king beds and lots of privacy.

Rental Rules 1. Smoking is not allowed. 2. People other than the party listed in agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person visiting during the day and evening is the sole responsibility of guest. 3. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. *4. Damage deposit. A damage deposit of $1000.00 is required, due when second half of rental is paid. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. d. No linens are lost or damaged. e. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. 5. Payment. The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental/cleaning fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation. Final payment is due 15 days prior your arrival plus damage deposit. All reservation requests made 45 days or less prior to travel date will require full payment of rental fee to conform the request. Reservations will be automatically canceled if funds are not received within 10 days of your request. I reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met, but you may request an extension thereof. 6. Cancellations and refunds. If it is necessary for you to cancel a reservation I will attempt to re-rent for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented, a refund will be made less a cancellation fee of 10% of the original reservation. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property, but in those cases where I am unable to secure another rental, I regret that no refunds can be made. All cancellations must be communicated in writing no less than 30 days prior to your arrival dates. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval. 9. Parking. A vehicle pass will be provided upon arrival. Please leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. 10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 11. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions shortening the stay. 12. Payment of the deposit indicates that the above is accepted and agreed upon. 13. Pool and garden maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. 14. Travel Insurance. I highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. About the owner: We live in San Franciaco and this is our family getaway house. We built this house after spending 10 years coming to the East cape. We enjoy desert life in Baja, surfing, photography and cooking.
