Beautiful area, charming cottage with all the comforts of home and then some, 2 km walking distance from the famous Walls of Lucca.
Ideally located yet secluded the cottage is composed of a master bedroom, 2 single bedrooms with twin beds, sun-filled sitting room surrounded by floor to ceiling tempered glass windows overlooking the lovely garden, 2 bathrooms with shower, large eat-in kitchen and laundry room. The cottage is furnished with an outdoor patio and BBQ area, gazebo and swimming pool with whirlpool all of which is surrounded luscious greenery of cypress, fruit and olive trees.
Exclusive parking spot and bicycles to be used during your stay are at your disposal. The cottage is within walking distance to a café, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, walking/running path that surrounds the nearby river and park area etc…
IF arriving by train, you are a 7 min (€8-€10) cab ride to the apartment. From the Pisa airport it is a 30 minute ride (€50).

Additional information about rental rates
A brochure of guest services available to you during your stay will also be provided as an attachement along with your confirmation document.
I do require a security deposit of €300 or its equivalent in your currency due on the day of arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you upon check-out if there are no damages to the property during your stay.
Payment will be accepted by bank wire and a payment schedule with the bank details will be provided by the property manager via email upon confirmation of the requested dates.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
In the Spring, Fall and Winter months the heating is paid for separately and is based on consumption.
Before paying contact the owner to confirm payment details.
Call the owner directly to confirm reservation details and pay with an approved method (credit card, check, or bank transfer), to protect your payment up to $1,000.
