I definitely recommend this house. Six of us from our SWAT Team (Las Vegas) had a competition in San Jose. We had plenty of room, great for socializing, great for relaxing and great for your own personal space. The house was very clean and comfortable. This house can accommodate large groups with no problem. Since we won the competition last year:) we are going to make a second trip this year. The communication and set up was seamless. Khanh was an outstanding host and very accommodating. We stayed for a restful family weekend away, and it was a fantastic vacation rental to stay at. The home was immaculate and fit our needs perfectly. It was also in an ideal location, close to everything in the San Jose area. We stayed for 4 days at this vacation rental, it is a home away from home. There is a spacious kitchen and the beds are all really comfortable. The patio area is great for entertaining, there was plenty room for our whole family, we loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I have to say that this was one the best experience I've had in staying in vacatioin homes. Not only the fact that everything was close by such as the drive in theatre and the flea market, the welcome we recieved by Khanh will be an unforgetable one. First of all, I would like to say that Khanh is a wonderful person! His welcoming personality made our search and stay efficient. He was able to accommodate our group perfectly. Plenty of space, crisp and clean, nice neighborhood... we couldn't have asked for more! There were no surprises when we arrived, everything was in its proper place as expected.
