Situated at the furthermost South Western corner of the Sea Oaks community, this second floor condominium looks out on the Indian River/Intracoastal Waterway and is bordered on its other side by an unspoiled nature preserve. You can see the sun set every evening, enjoy watching the myriad of boats that sail along the waterway and even catch sight of dolphins playing in the water. The Jungle trail is in sight and easy to reach for walking, running or biking. The Sea Oaks Marina, with its' docks and fishing access is also in view and easy to get to. You will feel like you are living in a private river nest looking out on one of Florida's most beautiful and unique landscapes.
The condominium has high cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan that add to its' bright and spacious feeling. The interior has just been repainted and newly refurbished throughout.
