Why the Owner Chose Charlevoix:
Our mother bought this home after spending many summers renting in Charlevoix. We fell in love with the architecture and beauty inside and out.

We love boating, shopping in town, great restaurants,beaches, delicious whitefish, and biking along the spectacular new bike path that extends from Charlevoix to Petoskey and includes picturesqe views of Lk Michigan and the magnificent Bay Harbor development.
