Come stay in your very own "home away from home!" This two-story, fully furnished villa sits eight steps from the pool and 150 yards from the beach. It's a bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights.The deck and screened-in porch have a great view of the pool. The recreation area includes the pool (heated March, April, October, and November), kiddie pool, and hot tub.
The villa has a large Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a newly-renovated executive bathroom, with shower and soaker tub. One of the upstairs rooms has a 2 queen beds and a full bath. The other has a king-size bed and a full bath. There is also a pack-n-play and stroller, as well as an additional half bath on the main level.
In addition to having the pool and beach so close, Palmetto Dunes offers much more.
The resort has three 18-hole PGA golf courses by designers Fazio, RT Jones, and Arthur Hills. Within the resort are several miles of paved leisure trail for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. There is also an 11-mile inter-connected lagoon system that can be used for fishing, boating, kayaking or to view wildlife native to the island.
Just outside Palmetto Dunes is the Shelter Cove Marina and shopping mall, a great place to shop, dine, or enjoy a drink and take in some live entertainment. Palmetto Dunes has a great transportation system, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. This free service will pick up and drop off anyone staying in the resort anywhere in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove. (This service is provided April through mid-September)

We chose this villa because it has everything we needed in a vacation. We are so impressed with the beauty of Palmetto Dunes and all the amenities. Our family and friends have been coming to Hilton Head for years because we love the beach, but yet we want the convenience of having shopping and restaurants nearby.

While we are staying on the island, we always bike around the trails and down the beach. We play golf and spend long days on the beach with friends and family. Everyone is always in a great mood when they are here.

Your order for good weather was GREATLY appreciated!!! What can I say the villa was lovely, the weather perfect, the location awesome!! We thouroughly enjoyed our week!! We did a sunset dolphin tour, went to an outdoor concert, enjoyed the Salty Dog, and Mi Tierra (wonderful Mexican food! which I'm sure you all ready know about). Most of all we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and proximity to the beach! How relaxing to go out and enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evenings. We spent most all of Sunday just soaking in the last bit of sun to seal our tans for our return home to gloomy, cold weather!

We had an absolutely wonderful time while staying in your villa. There were 7 of us in yours, the other 6 of us in #7603. Your villa is so comfortable, so nicely furnished, and the kitchen VERY well-equipped. We really had everything we needed. We were blessed with gorgeous weather (high 70's) during the entire week. Some of the things we enjoyed: tennis, mini-golf, parasailing, kayaking, biking, and of course the beach & pool! We had a photographer come to take photos of all 13 of us on the beach just before sunset. It was such a beautiful setting! Now I have plenty of great photos from which to choose, for our holiday card.

We have a wonderful vacation in this lovely condo. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and a space for any activity. The pool is right out the back door and beach is an easy 5 minute walk. It is a quiet, peaceful retreat for all.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great villa - just steps from the pool!! Our 15 month old was able to walk it! Not too far from the beach either- a nice little walk. We liked having the screened in porch as well to keep the bugs out. There was a pack and play, stroller, and booster seat there for our use, which we greatly appreciated. Overall - we loved it - thank you! :)
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had such a fun, special, laid back, perfect, exciting, beautiful vacation at your place. It was a slice of heavan. You have really created a wonderful place and of course the ocean was awesome. We really enjoyed the biking adventures, the couples cooking nights and cocktail hours by the pool. Savannah was informative, fun (and hot!) Mike loved the golfing and I miss Fresh Market. It made our hearts feel light!
