  This spacious home easily accommodated our group of 15. It is perfect for family gatherings. The 2, well appointed kitchens made cooking meals easy. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every night and whale watching every day.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Wonderful estate with plenty of amenities. Beach equipment, bedding, towels, you name it, you have it. The grill was welcomed. We ate all our meals at the house with 2 well equipped kitchens. Beds were comfortable, and washer and dryers on both levels allowed 2 households to pack lighter. The decks surrounding the estate offered plenty of great sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed whale sightings every evening and the beach was just out the front doors. All rooms were well furnished, airy and offered plenty of fresh air. Nothing bad to say, just wonderful and truly enjoyable. All of our needs were attended to with just a call and never had to worry about garbage pickup, interference with our fun times and we were all known as staying in "the big house", even across the island. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by and all we heard was how great the weather was compared to the other side of the island. It was fantastic weather and a great family vacation for the 14 of us. The owner was attentive and Millie was available anytime of day. Brian provided us with sightseeing and tourist information beforehand which provided us times and lower fees. We did it all: helicopter tour, boat tour, horseback riding, ziplining, kayaking, beaching, golfing and relaxing.

  My dream wedding was to get married on a beach in Hawaii amongst all of my closest friends. We rented this house so we could all stay together and it was Perfect. We had 7 couples, everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We got married down the way at Salt Pond, then hosted the remaining guests (who were also able to get houses within 2 blocks of us) for a beautiful reception at the house. With 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas, balconies and outside seating we could've easily doubled our guest list but it was just perfectly intimate the way it was. The house is ideal for big groups. You can't walk onto the beach there but being able to listen to the waves crashing all night was so serene. Highly recommended!

  This house was a perfect fit as we had my family of four (each kid had their own room) plus my in laws and my parents with us. We did not feel as if we were right on top of each other. The house is beautiful as is the landscaping around it.And of course, the ocean and beach right out front. We did not actually go to the beach out front but just down the road is a beach with lifeguards. I would recommend this house to anyone. The only issue we had was it took a long time to get hot water to the showers...and honestly that is very minor. I if make it back I would for sure look to rent this house again.

  The house was very spacious and accomodating to our group of 17. It was very comfortable and had the ammenities to make you feel like home. We were able to prepare home cooked meals, and the house was large enough for everyone to do their own thing whether it was reading, playing games, or watching TV, without stepping over each other. It was nice to have the use of beach chairs, umbrella's and coolers. The location was great. You are away from the crowds, close to hiking (Wiamea Cyn), and some gorgeous beaches (salt pond and poipu). Being across the street from the ocean is not bad. Hearing the waves all day long and waking up and having your morning coffee sitting outside your bedroom door in a lounge chair is just relaxing and peaceful. Thanks for making this vacation stress free....

  We had a wonderful time in Kekaha. Your home was just perfect for all 16 of us! More than enough room and so nice. We loved starting the day beach combing right out front door and spent the evenings in the backyard under the mango tree. Easy drive to all the beaches and the canyon was absolutely gorgeous. I can't tell you how much we appreciated all the coolers, chairs, towels etc.that you supplied. The house had everything we needed for the beach and more. Milli was very kind and great to work with. Thanks so much!

  We arrived in Kauai for work at PMRF. I needed a large house to put 7 guys while we were working over a 2 week span. Other than the fact that all of the employees are now spoiled, this house was the perfect fit. The place is amazing and the owner's were extremely nice and accomodating during the stay. The two full kitchens made it easy for the guys to cook meals and not have to eat out for two solid weeks. If you have a big group I would definitly reccommend this house for business or pleasure!

  We had a group of 14 stay at this house for one week in January 2012. What an amazing time we had in the perfect location. Walking in the door to this house feels like Christmas morning when you're 6 years old. The place is gorgeous. The living rooms are sun-soaked, inviting and picture-perfect. Two full kitchens and living rooms, two wrap-around balconies, a front yard, a back yard, a giant gas grill, and two washers and dryers. The kitchens are stocked with cooking equipment. There is an assortment of spices in the cabinets. There's shampoo and conditioner in the showers. There's plenty of parking, TVs in every room, and a great blender for making endless pina coladas. We enjoyed basking in the sun on the lanais, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean outside our windows, and a fun night of hide and go seek in the dark (endless possibilities in a big house)! The house is just steps from the beach. Each bedroom (except for the one on the mountain side of the house) has an unobstructed view of the ocean, the sunset, and the forbidden island of Ni'ihau. It is on the outskirts of the quiet town of Kekaha. Just down the street is the road up to Waimea Canyon where there are tons of hikes and spectacular view points. A couple minutes drive east is Waimea which has restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. One night we went to the restaurant at the Waimea Plantation Cottages on karaoke night. About 10-15 minutes to the west is Polihale State Park which is an amazing 17-mile stretch of white sand beach. You can get to the first parking area with any rental car, but it's worth a jeep rental to get all the way to the end of the sandy road to the less populated part of the beach. Last, but not least, Brian and Milli are fantastic. Brian set up the rental for our group and he was literally at my beck and call if I had a question about anything at all. I have stayed in a lot of rentals through VRBO and Brian is by far the most responsive, informative, and charming person I have worked with. He knows a lot about the area and will get you really exciting about your upcoming vacation. He hooked us up with discounted rental cars and tours. Milli greeted us in Kauai and made sure that our stay was comfortable. If you want a gorgeous place to stay away from the timeshares and crowded beaches, this is your place!
