This is a elegant large home in the secluded paradise on Isles of Capri. This home is non-smoking, however pet friedly. It offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, living room and laundry room and large 2 car garage. All bathrooms and kitchen are new and were elegantly decorated in granite and marble. A large skylight is set in the kitchen and 2 dining/living rooms with new bamboo hardwood floors. A jetted jacuzzi bath tub is in one of the bathrooms. There is lots of room including a kithcen bar with sit down area, 2 living rooms/dining rooms, an outside lanai with large table and lighted granite bar.
Kayaks and bicycles are in the 2 car garage and for your use while on your stay. The kayak launch and small beach is 500 feet from the house and fishing just feet from the lanai in the canal and water view. Excellent fishing from anywhere on the island and the dock.
Isles of Capri offers the best in both privacy and location. It has 4 waterfront restaurants, boat rentals, convenience store and gift shop. Only minutes away from beaches and many golf courses.
Two miles from Marco Island and twelve miles from Naples.
