Welcome to our 2350 SF Jr. Penthouse located at Monaco Condo, in the center of Jaco Beach. Monaco Condominiums are centrally located, guarded 24/7 and is a beautifully landscaped complex.
There is 1700 SF in the main living which consist of two bedrooms and two baths. This condo has been up dated with new furniture and a leather sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. This unit sleeps 6 and all beds have Temper-Pedic type mattresses. There are three patios, one off the living room and one off each bedroom. There is a gourmet kitchen complete with everything. There is granite throughout the condo.
The 650 SF Patio is half covered and half open. It has a wet bar, mini refrigerator, 42'' TV, wicker patio furniture, Lounging furniture, barbeque grill, a half bath and a hot tub.
Located right in the heart of Jaco and walking distance to all of the famous Jaco night life, restaurants, beach bars, major grocery stores, liquor stores, the beach, pharmacies, shopping and much more!!

We stayed 2 weeks in the Jr. Penthouse and it was 5 star condo. The comfort level was great, beautiful furnishings and decor and the most comfortable mattress we had ever slept on. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the shopping, made trips to Manuel Antonio and other spots. Always a driver available for us. LMDid you find this review helpful?
