Casita Alegre (Happy Little Home) is located in the Desert Casitas over looking the Desert Hills Golf Course. This private "Enlarged" one level end unit has a view of the 18th fairway and 15th green. Recently updated (Dec 2011), this one bedroom unit is fully-furnished with all appliances including washer and dryer. This Casita is "140 square feet larger" than any other one bedroom "Desert Casita".
This Casita has a separate eating area and a private patio with exceptional mountain and golf views along with some wild life views. The property is within walking distance to Desert Hills recreation center, and less than three miles from shopping.
We also have two additional vacation properties that are located in Green Valley, both are 2 Bdrm Townhomes, one with a 2 Car Garage and the other has 2 Car covered parking. This private, quiet, tranquil property with a peaceful and calming view served our needs very nicely. It was comfortably and nicely furnished and well equipped with all the necessities, plus many extras. The location was perfect for us, the grounds were well kept, the neighbors were pleasant and the wildlife was delightful to observe. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, responsive and respectful of our privacy and needs. A delightful stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

It was a very nice place with all the amenities we would expect. It is an end unit with lots of light and privacy and it is nicely appointed. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had almost everything we needed to prepare our meals. The owner was available and responsive to our needs. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
Owner response: The recently completed interior remodleing of the Casita has far acheived our expectations. All new paint, all new furniture throughout the entire unit coupled with the outstanding location and views continues to make this property one of the most sought after. Having owned this property for over 9 years it has never gone vacant during our prime season here in Green Valley, Az. Many of our tenants have also taken advantage of one the other three properties when they wish to move into a larger property. We are here to insure that not only are the tenants provided with outstanding living quarters but also in helping them in getting familiar with their surroundings.
