In award wining Rancho La Quinta CC. Our home has been enjoyed by those who own very custom high end homes & YES ONE DOG is welcome.
an olympic pool & other pools through out the CC. Our guest house is charged separetly should you not need it, thus a saving to you. Our stunning decor features crown molding, off white wool carpet in the living & bedrooms. There are two fireplaces, "evening lightine" through out the home & garden. LIVINGROOM has a stunning marble fireplace, lighted oils, hidden TV ,coffee table with pull-outs for dinner-by-the-fire, no less! And last all Henredon furniture.
Master suit features a "Luis the 16th bed, Neiman Marcus beddding, another marble fireplace, chaise lounge & 4 windows overlooking our winter rose garden, waterfall & mountain views.The spa bath has a shower & separate whirlpool tub & dual links.
SECOND BEDROOM has queen bed, Neiman Marcus linens, desk bookshelf & custom bath with shower/tub. This room overlooks a private patio with a love-seat for your morning coffee.
KITCHEN is fully equipped with condiments, dual ovens, gas rnage, & adjoining breakfest nook w/ golf course view.
DINING ROOM a beautiful chandeler, china cabinets, glass table w/ eight custom chairs, & soft llights over the oils, china dishware for a romantic didnner for tow to eight!
GALLERY HALL is exquisitely decorted w/ dual front doors, chandeler, lighted oils, 10" mirror, furniture, etc...
POWDER ROOM is the most photographed room has a floor-to-ceining diamond cut mirror, chandeler, crown molding, gold/black wall paper & a custom sink-vanity.

The PATIO faces East where you will enjoy a magnificate sunset, - Fabulous for BBQ, dining.. All Eathen Allen furniture to include custom cushions, 2 chaise lounge etc.

VIEW - Patio, living room, breakfast room & master bed room over look beautiful mountains that are partially-lit-up in the evengings. This club has two fabulous waterfalls where weddings are frequent.
LOCAL EVENTS/PLACES TO ENJOY - 109 excellent courses in our valley, & the public courses are just as beautiful & only $45, just a mile away. The Bob Hope Clasic is Jan 16-22nd. March is the month for the Indian Wells Tennis Open-BNP Paribas, both just a mile away. The Old Town (antique village) sports restaurants, Sunday Farmers Market, a LQ museum, and several art fairs on the lawns all season. The La Quinta Hotel (dated back th 1926) is historic and not-to-be-misses - - - They are famous for the Zazz outside on the lawn,where you can enjoy a cocktail, or have dinner in one of their 2 restaurnats. The Hot Air balloons rides are great, empire polo grounds (free viewing) on Sundays, national horse & dog shows, Palm Springs has the antique air museum, the McCollum Teater, Zoo & wild life park, beautiful hiking trails. Biking trails are numerous as well. Our fabulous local retaurants re great & even offer "Bar Menus" for those who eat less. There are several day trips to San Diego & Los Angeles that are very interesting.
AND LAST the famous EL PASEO shopping for he ladies where you can purchase anything one would want or need. EXTRA'S FOR GUESTS - Daily local news paper, you can ship your belongings ahead of time with e/mail confirmation. We have local maps & magazines availabel. Can make nail appointments, reversation ect for you. We havea weekly gardner and a by-weekly housekeeper who can do extras for you at your expense. Feel free to cut the roses for the house. For safety the pool is fenced in. AND LAST no garbage to the street!! Its all done for you on Thursday mornings.

This was such a beautiful house. The mountain views were wonderful. In the morning, you can see the sun reflect on the mountains and the evenings provided a beautiful mountain sunset! (The back of the house where the big windows are face west). This house contained everything you would need and the kitchen contained everything one needs to cook a great meal. The backyard was very cozy and relaxing. We sat outside most of the time. I loved the pool right across the street and the big pool area at the Club house as well.. The owner was very kind and prompt with any questions we had about the house or the surrounding area. IRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Do not do business with this owner. Guest bedroom had no sink in the bathroom and no window coverings. Golf cart was buried by her personal items. Home (refrigerator, closets, etc.) was filled with her personal items. We had a problem with a lock and got the locksmith's bill deducted from our security deposit. Home was not clean when we arrived. We spent our first morning cleaning it - including food that had exploded all over the inside of the microwave. About the owner: I am a retired nurse who found the desert while on a business trip, and fell in love with this unique part of the world. Even the people are lovely, they remind me of the people who live in Hawaii, they are very friendly and will go out out of their way to help you out. I love decorating and gardening which shows in my pictures. I joined the ladies golfers and just loved it and shortly after I have an ankle joint replacement I just may join our club right here.
Why the Owner Chose Rancho La Quinta:
I have a rental home (No Calif area) and found the people most interesting. I feel if something comes up the tenants would be better served by myself that a third party.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I just love the fabulous sunset views & used some of those sunset colors in decorating, along with a profesional decorator. The neighbors are so very kind, and the country club staff too.Driving into RLQ CC is something one will never forget , the 75 beautiful palm trees are so maginific, and so is the drive down into the club, - - the view of homes lush green lawns and beautiful flowers around the trees is so enviting when you come home. The staff here are by far so friendly, they even helped me find my losd dog one day, no less!! Several people moved to larger homes right inside this club because of the above no less. Most people move away, not her, how would they duplicate this lovely place?
