  This condo was perfect for our little family. Spacious, well-equipped and clean. The location to the beach and other places such as the beach walk, stores (drug store/liquor store too) and restaurants proved to be excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the beach however it was just the right distance to be tucked away and very quiet. The balcony has morning sun which was great for the relaxing, drinking coffee and watching the boats in the bay as the little ones took naps. The blinds and appliances worked perfect . Loved the white and bright colors of the condo and the corner views were awesome. There was no hair dryer when I got to the condo, however I did call and immediately someone came by to drop off a new one! Great service and there were no other issues with the services except no wifi :( We did use the laundry and it was great and the grounds and pool area were always in pristine condition. We really did enjoy our time here and will definitely be going back, hopefully sooner then later.

  The unit is very comfortable with a fantastic view. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats while having my morning coffee was a great way to start the day. The side windows provide a georgeous view while allowing great cross ventilation without sacrificing privacy. A built in divider separated the sleeping and sitting areas, which was great if one choose to sleep in or retire for the evening earlier than the other. The resort lock is also a very nice feature, no carrying keys to the beach. Also, no fear of locking myself out. The condo was very clean and well equipped . Everything was as promised and Florida Beach Rental personnel are exceptional. I definitely will return and gladly recommend this rental to others.
