The Lewis Ranch neighborhood is on the quiet and secluded side of the Copper Mountain ski resort. It is heavily forested toward the north, but provides excellent views of the ski slopes to the south. The gated nature of the community provides security and privacy.
The property provides a heated, two car garage, making loading and unloading easy, and out of the weather. There is a boot and glove dryer in the garage to dry out, and warm up, those snowy and soggy ski items. Racks for skiis are inside the garage. Stepping inside from the garage at ground level is a large coat room. To the left is a laundry room, with full size washer and dyer, a large countertop, and many cupboards.
Further in on the main floor, is the gourmet kitchen. It is large, airy, and fully equipemd to handle all your cooking wishes. There is a large walkin pantry with extra shelves to hold all your groceries. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, and a separate refrigerator for wine. The kitchen is part of a large open floor plan opening out onto the combination dining and living room with a vaulted ceiling and moss rock gas fireplace. These rooms look out into the forest and open space, with no other homes in sight. Out the sliding glass door from the dining area, you step onto a large balcony/deck with a gas BBQ.
Walking up the wide stairway from the main floor is a landing with office desk. Straight ahead is a large second bedroom with a queen bed, comfortable seating, and a big walkin closet with lots of storage. Off the second bedroom is a private full bath/shower.
To the left of the open office is the entrance to the master bedroom, with two large walkin closets, and a floor to vaulted ceiling moss rock gas fireplace, There is a king bed in the master. Off the master is a large private bathroom with rock counter tops, jetted tub, and large steam shower. Also off the master, through french doors, is a small balcony that looks out towards the Lumberjack Lift, and the ski area.
Returning downstairs, passing down past the Main floor, and continuing into the lower walkout basement, is a TV/Media room to the right and cardtable/game room to the left. Straight ahead is the 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds, slightly left is a roomy full bath/shower room. Through the TV room to the right is the 4th large bedroom with a queen bed that looks into the forest. Both downstairs bedrooms have large closets, and sliding glass door access to a patio over looking the forest, with a large outdoor hot tub on the patio.

About the owner: We have been coming to Copper for many years, it's our favorite place to ski.

We feel very lucky to have been able to acquire this piece of heaven on the quiet side of Copper. We're away from the hustle and bustle when we choose to be, but can visit the resturants and music in a couple minutes when we want.
