Luxury Condo unit with spectacular views across the Bow valley and of the Rocky Mountains. Within the prestigious Silvertip development, and golf course community.
Large open wood fire in family room, open plan main floor with comfortable seating around the coffee table. fully equiped kitchen, oven and range top with granite counters and all amenities. Private 6 person hot tub, front and back deck, heated double garage, infloor heating in 2 bathrooms and basement. Large Pool/snooker table in basement with seating around the large screen TV. Cherry hardwood floor throughout main and upper floor. Slate floors basement, large capacity Dryer and Washer.
The master bedroom has its own gas fire, King bed, private balcony, double bathroom with in floor heating, double shower and jetted tub. Second bedroom has rustic queen and single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. Third bedroom has single/double bunks and there is a sofa bed (Air mattress) in the basement. 1/2 bath on the main floor.
The views from the family room are fabulous, especially Ha Ling and the three sisters mountains. Canmore is a mecca for the outdoor types and those looking for a relaxing vacation. Banff National park is 20 minutes away with all the amenities and Calgary is 60-90 minutes by road.

I had family and friends in for the weekend who flew in from the east coast of the US to ski Louise and Sunshine. We had made plans to go out for dinner each night but after arriving decided we would simply order in as no one wanted to leave the house. It was in great condition when we got there, the hot tub is pretty private and backs onto a hill/fence line that over looks the mountains. We had a great experience all and all, the owner and property manager were great to work with and we'll definitely be going back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I spent Christmas here with my and my partner's family. It was the first time we've spent Christmas altogether or rented a vacation property, so we were nervous about it. But we had an amazing time. The condo fit 8 adults more than comfortably, and the views from the multitude of windows was always beautiful. The finishings in the condo are all top quality (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, even heated floors in the bathrooms!), but the decor maintains a comfortable lived-in feel, so we felt like we were spending Christmas at home. It's the perfect location to go check out Canmore, Banff, or Lake Louise, and it's quite easy to get to from Calgary. There are tons of activities to keep everyone busy even in the middle of winter. The rental owners and concierge were friendly, helpful, and treated us very well. Everything was arranged in a professional manner. I can't recommend this place enough!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
