Our beautifully decorated new condo is located in a small complex only 175 steps from the beach with 2 assigned parking spaces directly in front of the condo, high quality beds and linens, granite breakfast bar, 9 foot ceilings, 3 ceiling fans, central air/heat, ceramic tile, fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, DVD, stereo, washer and dryer and all of the comforts of home.

We enjoyed our month at the condo. Very convenient to everything, thanks to the "Wave" (free bus). No car needed and the taxi fare was very reasonable after bus hours. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by as we drank our coffee and tea in the mornings. The blender is a nice touch, made some great smoothies. I would have been nice to have the pool heated as the water was fridged to swim in. I couldn't find the tea kettle, so used a sauce pan to brew my tea...no big hardship. Great stay and would love to come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.
Owner response: We pride ourselves on having everything you may need to enjoy your stay in our condo. The swimming pool is not heated in the winter so we can keep the rental costs down, however we do have a hot tub for the enjoyment of our guests.

This place was great. It was big and roomy. It had two bedrooms and two full baths, nice size. The furniture was very nice and with good taste. Everything was very clean. The condo was very close to the beach just a five minute walk maybe less and it was close to a convinience store and shops and resturants. I would definately recommend this condo. The only thing is it had a small pool, but it was usually unoccupied so we enjoyed it anyway. Thank you very much to Diane for renting us the condo, she was also very easy to reach through e-mail and the propery manager was very nice and answered his phone very promptly when we called him for the keys and when we left.Did you find this review helpful? We loved our Vacation. The Condo is exactly as pictured. It really felt like home. It was very quiet location. We cooked breakfast daily and all the beach stuff came in handy. My daughter used the boogie board daily. Awesome trip.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stayed a week in June 2011 and had the best time ever. Condo was very clean and we felt very much at home here. The decor was so pretty and the condo had everything we needed. The beach was literally only a few steps away.. a very quiet complex and the pool was never crowded... we really enjoyed our stay here at Diana's condo.. she was very pleasant to work with. Made everything easy for us. We have found our home away from home. We will be staying here from now on.. when we visith SPI.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I went to Padre to get married on Memorial weekend and shared this condo with 3 other friends and we could not have been happier! Diana was amazing to work with everything was EXACTLY as presented if not better. The property itself was perfect, right off the beach, semi-private patio, everything we needed was there. We cooked breakfast each day and then took Diane's book for suggestion on where to go for dinner. We especially enjoyed reading the journal of others stays and adding our own experience in it. We were not disappointed at all and will be looking forward to booking this location again for many anniversaries to come. Thank you Diane for making the experience perfect.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our recent visit to this condo. It was really nice for the price. My kids had a great time. While it is not directing on the beach, it is conveniently located right across the street. The owner was great, and she handled the entire transaction is a prompt manner. I would surely come back again.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The condo was perfect for our mini weekend vacation! 1. Diana was very prompt with responses and very thorough with information and getting us all taken care of before arrival-great communication thru email! 2. Condo is even nicer in person....which was a great surprise! Clean, all the amenities, including wifi and an EXCELLENT binder which she has all the island details you will ever need! We used it through out the weekend! 3. We didnt realize there were beach materials in the condo, so we brought our own, but it was great to know you had EVERYTHING you needed -even for the beach! 4. We did not have any issues, only things I would recommend is the trash bins are in the front (we had walked all away to the back of the condos per a neighbor), and the parking numbers are difficult to see...but these were definitely not anything to worry about! We would definitely revisit this property!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This condo was the perfect size for 6 people. We were very comfortable and the kids had plenty of room. It is very close to the beach. The pool was smaller than expected but a good size for kids and was only 4 ft. deep. Water park was about 5 minutes away.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

To put it briefly, this is an excellent place to stay at the Island. The condo is very nice, highly functional, and feels like home after spending five minutes in it. The longer you are there, the more you like it, due to the attention to detail, from the furniture, to the kitchen, to the accents, to the pool toys. The permanent residents in the complex are very friendly, and the on site pool and hottub provide a great relaxing alternative to the beach. Speaking of the beach, the bach access point is literaly a stone throw away, as is a very good local restaurant, ice cream parlor, and several stores. Because it is located towards the northern part of the Island, the area is fairly quitet and the beach isn't overcrowded. The positive experience is further enchanced by the owner Diana and manager Don who are great to work with, extremely nice and very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo, and I'm looking forward to staying there again during my next visit on the Island.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

RULES AND REGULATIONS Everyone, including owners and renters are required to observe and abide by the Condominium Rules. Owners are responsible for family, guests and employees. 1. All garbage/trash is to be placed inside plastic bags, tied closed and put inside the trash bins located adjacent to the parking lot. 2. Do not litter the premises with cigarette butts, beverage cans, or food/candy/gum wrappers. Do not throw chewing gum anywhere on the property. 3. Always check your feet for tar when returning from the beach. Use hoses at either side of the building to completely wash off. 4. Please caution children that running and screaming is not permitted. 5. Nothing is to be thrown from the balconies into the pool or hot tub. 6. No jumping or diving into pool from the 2nd floor or from the pool furniture. 7. Individual entry doors are not to be left standing open at any time due to HOA liability. 8. Skates, skateboards, and roller blades are not allowed anywhere on the premises. 9. The swimming pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool rules are posted beside the pool. Pool life saving ring and hook are not toys and are not to be used for anything except to save a life. Everyone is to observe the following rules: · RINSE ALL SAND OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL. USE HOSES LOCATED BEHIND THE GATE ON EITHER THE EAST OR WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING TO COMPLETELY WASH OFF. · NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. · AN ADULT MUST ACCOMPANY ANY CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE. · NO RUNNING OR HORSEPLAY PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. · GUESTS USING THE POOL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY OWNER/RESIDENT. · NO POOL FURNITURE IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE POOL AREA. · NO LIFEGUARD IS PROVIDED! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! 10. No fireworks, guns, or firearms are permitted within or on the premises. 11. Do not feed the seagulls or birds on the premises. The mess is terrible! 12. Do not use balcony or walkways for storage or use any railings or the fence for hanging towels, swimwear, etc. Bicycles are only allowed to be stored in dedicated owner’s space (patio/deck). 13. No charcoal grills allowed. Propane or electric grills only! No grills allowed on the walkways or in common areas. 14. Owners only are allowed to have up to two small pets. Renters are prohibited from having any pet. Dogs should be on a leash outside and always cleaned up after. Dogs are forbidden in the courtyard area. 15. All vehicles must be parked in designated spaces. Be courteous and do not block anyone else. 16. No trailers or boats are allowed in parking lot. 17. Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM until 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. No loud music, TV, or parties during these hours. 18. Short term rentals (less than one month) are prohibited during the last two weeks of February, and the entire month of March. VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN A MINIUM FINE OF $100.00 PLUS DAMAGES TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER. YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED!
