Not only is Seaside at Anastasia 205 a mere block from the beach, but it also overlooks a small lake. That’s just one of the many features that make this three-bedroom condo such a delightful place to spend a vacation.
Seaside at Anastasia is a relatively small condominium complex with its own outdoor pool and clubhouse as well as lake. When you relax on unit 205’s shady balcony with a book and a beverage, you’ll have a perfect view of the lake—and of any wading birds that may be visiting for a drink and a rest!
A roomy corner unit, 205 is on the second floor. Don’t worry: There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to drag your bags up two flights of stairs.
The condo itself is as airy and spacious as the views outside its windows. The plush, plump living room sofas invite you to sink back, stretch out, and relax. If you’re not lulled to sleep by the soothing rhythm of the ceiling fan and the fresh sea air wafting in through the balcony doors, you can watch a favorite movie on the large wall-mounted HDTV with DVD player, surf the web via our free wireless Internet access, or curl up in the armchair with that book you’ve been longing to tuck into.
Adjacent to the living room are the sunny dining room and the kitchen. The dining table easily seats six in comfortable padded chairs (with extras available for guests). The kitchen hatch makes it easy to pass dishes through; it also allows whoever is cooking or cleaning up to take part in the dining room conversation or keep an eye on little ones in the living room.
There are plenty of restaurants just a quick drive from Seaside at Anastasia, but sometimes nothing beats a home-cooked meal. Our recently renovated kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re brewing a morning cup of coffee or whipping up a seven-course dinner: appliances, cookware, and tableware galore. There’s even a dishwasher, because nobody wants to scrub dishes while on vacation.
Seaside at Anastasia 205 also comes with sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels for all three bedrooms and both baths. Everything will be ready and waiting, so that you can soak in the tub or tumble into bed as soon as you arrive.
And given how comfortable the bedrooms are, you may just want to make lounging in bed your first order of business. The master bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed as well as an HDTV. (Why go on vacation if you can't stay up till all hours watching old movies?) From this big room you can step out onto the balcony to wish upon a star, or slip into the en-suite bathroom with its big soaking tub, walk-in shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The second bedroom (with two single beds) and the third bedroom (with a queen-size bed) are also roomy, sunny, and furnished with TVs. These two bedrooms are conveniently situated near the second full bathroom. Speaking of convenience, Seaside at Anastasia 205 has its own washer and dryer, so that you can pack light and not have to waste a minute of your vacation in a laundry room.
And because there’s so much to do in and around Seaside at Anastasia, you’ll want to make the most of every minute, whether that means swimming in the pool, surfing in the Atlantic Ocean, or lazing on St. Augustine Beach’s sugary sands. Not only is the beach just a few minute’s walk from your condo, but so is St. Johns County Ocean Pier, a four-acre park with a splash park for the kids, picnic tables, lighted beach volleyball courts, biking trails, and of course, the pier for fishing.
What’s more, charming and historical downtown St. Augustine is only 10 minutes away by car. Marineland, shopping, and golf courses are also close by. Even the Orlando theme parks are just a day trip away.

We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade.
