5th floor corner unit directly on beautiful Bonita Beach. Enjoy your evenings on the screened-in lanai with unobstructed 180 degree views of the beach, gulf and sunset.
Enjoy your vacation relaxing in this beautifully decorated, totally renovated condo (completed Jan. 2012). Everything is brand new, including: granite and stainless kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and tile floor throughout. Furnishings are very comfortable and of excellent quality: Ethan Allen, Arhaus, etc.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, large closets, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. From this room you can enjoy unobstructed views of the gulf and sunset. You also have a door to the lanai.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. There is a full bath adjacent to this room. This room has views of the bay.
You can also access the lanai from the Living Room which has a 46 inch flatscreen TV and BOSE CD / Radio with ipod dock, WIFI and cable TV. We even have a desk to set up a temporary office or just your laptop to keep in touch with friends and family.
Enjoy your coffee on the balcony off the dining area which offers great views east to west.
The unit has a fully equipped cook's kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.
Parking is covered and right next to the building entrance, making it very convenient. There is a shared heated pool and BBQ area. Common areas include a community room and kitchen, free library, and beachside bathrooms. No need to go back to the unit for lunch - just bring it down and leave it in the community room kitchen!
Our condominium is located in Bonita Springs, just north of Naples. We are only twenty minutes from Fort Myers airport. Excellent shopping and restaurants are close by.

My husband and I vacationed at this condo last December. Our stay was most enjoyable! The immaculate condo is spacious, very nicely decorated and well appointed with stainless steel appliances, numerous smaller appliances including a Keurig coffeemaker (yeah!) and a washer and dryer. The lanai is amazing; master suite with access to it plus private bath is great and 2nd bedroom w/2nd bath. Great views of the water; quiet condo; terrific location close to fabulous restaurants and amazing shopping. Two TVs, DVD player and Bose radio. Well maintained condo & building. Covered parking close to entrance, heated swimming pool, community room adjacent to pool ... And the list goes on. Most accommodating owners were wonderful to work with. Would love to meet them one day! On a scale from 1 - 10 ... We give this lovely vacation condo a 10! LindaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We shared the condo rental with another couple so between the four of us, we were in Bonita Springs the entire month of December.The view is spectacular, the sounds of the ocean are so refreshing to hear everyday, and sunsets are magnificant! I walked along the beach everyday and enjoyed "shelling" very much. The location, parking, pool set-up and the commons room were all great. The condo has recently been updated and looks great; it is also very quiet and pleasant around the Egret. Shopping, places to eat, and tourist attractions are abundant in the area! You must eat at WaterMark Grille if you are ever in the area! We are hoping to return next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We can recommend without hesitation. Very clean and nicely furnished ... quality linens, good large and small appliances ... cleaning products supplied...new silverware, dishes, glasses, etc. Beautiful view from lanai of white beach and Gulf of Mexico. Keep the windows open, use the ceiling fans and you don't need the A/C. Lobby and common room were also clean and nicely appointed. Several good restaurants close to condo ...we enjoyed Coconut Jack's.Shopping in Naples and sweets at Tony's off Third makes for a great day. Tony's also sells top quality wines.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We just returned from a month long stay in this condo and we can't say enough good things about the condo itself, the location, and of course the beautiful sunsets! The recently redone interior is absolutely beautiful, and was much better than advertised. The fact that this condo is an end unit, the views from the dining room window and, of course, the lanai are absolutely beautiful. We already have planned our trip here for next April and we can't wait. We miss the jumping dolphins and the diving pelicans already!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed here 2 weeks in January. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The listing is totally accurate. The kitchen is gorgeous, the appliances are superb. Everything was very clean and brand new. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. The sunsets were so beautiful from the lanai we hated to leave. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
