Hale Awapuhi Sunrise is surly among the largest & most luxurious ocean front apartments in Hawaii. Exclusively gated, this boutique 9-unit project is on a quiet beach cove with natural ocean ponds. Hale Awapuhi Sunrise has a private entrance steps away from the covered parking and shaded by giant Monkey pod trees. Boasting over 2200 square feet plus lanai space and a 23 foot high ceiling, this luxurious apartment feels much more like a private home than a condo unit. Occasionally the rare Hawaiian monk seal will inhabits the beach below & Turtles can often be seen from the lanai. Enjoy watching the cruise ships and seasonal whales pass by. It is impossible to build any closer to the ocean these days.
The unit was completely redesigned and renovated in 2003. A local architect redesigned to afford ocean views from the custom kitchen, with all new cabinetry and appliances. Aside from the dramatic ocean view, the spiral staircase adds a dramatic artistic element to the main living area. The unit is finished with beech wood and marble floors, jetted tubs, granite kitchen counters and custom lighting fixtures. Attention to every detail to make this an amazing setting. This is one of the finest suites that we have the opportunity to manage.

My husband and I were very very very satisfied and grateful for the opportunity to stay in this amazing condo. I can't thank Lauren enough for all her help in finding the perfect place for my 50th birthday.<br/><br/>The pictures online don't do it justice. It's located close to Kapaa, but far enough away not to be 'touristy'. It felt like it was our home for the month of our stay. It was very private and quiet with it's own private access to a small local beach. <br/><br/>Turtles played in the waves almost every day we were there between 11am and 4pm. This is a lucky find. This is a gated complex of only 8 condos. The pictures are not an exaggeration or taken from deceptive angles. Architecturally appointed w/ quality appliances, huge lofted ceilings, granite and marble on all surfaces. The living space opens up via a 3 panel 20 foot slider to a balcony bringing the outside beachfront sounds in. Master is an upstairs loft w/ walk-in closet, attached office space, and full bath. Kitchen is easy to cook in w/ lots of counter and an island w/ sink. Under counter wine cooler, 36" reefer, Main sink is a too small as a single. You start thinking of it as your own and how to do home improvement. Downstairs bedroom has showered full bath. Check out snorkel and beach gear in the closet. Bring kids along to figure out the main A/V system. 3 flat panels. Pool is private. We used it everyday after returning for the day. Josh from Kauai Exclusive is very knowledgeable and accessible. I called him to get ideas for the day, opinions on beaches, etc. He made logistics for the included car/minivan quite painless w/ airport pickup/dropoff. No point staying anywhere else on Kauai in the future since we like Kapaa for easiest access to both sides of the island.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This condo residence is beatifully appointed with custom artwork and artistic objects and has every amenity and convenience you could want. The dramatic ocean views are awesome, and the sunrise and moonrise from the living room or spacious lanai are mesmerizing. The small complex in which Hale Awapuhi (House of Ginger) Sunrise is located is very private yet only a few minutes walk from over 20 wonderful restaurants and 3 full service shopping centers. Spacious, dramatic, private, modern. A great vacation home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
